  poor service

  booked thru hotels.com app. there was a technical error and I was charged but the booking didnt show up. the customer service confirmed the booking didnt go thru and they called Sovotel to verify and the hotel staff also confirmed they didnt see the booking in the system. so i was asked to rebook and they would issue a refund. somehow, today the 1st booking went thru so there was a duplicate booking. I spoke to the hotel staff who was rude and denied receiving any call from hotels.com and said in no uncertain terms that they will charge me for both bookings. i called hotels.com for help. they also contacted the hotel and received the same response from the staff. so disappointed in this hotel. common sense would also show you that 2 rooms showing the same guest name seems odd. plus they were not willing to admit or take ownership that they had also not seen the booking the day before. Thank God hotels.com has integrity and is giving me a credit voucher. This hotel has no integrity. Will never be booking a room with any of their hotels ever again

  Nice Boutique Hotel

  It is near to the mrt station. Jus infront of hotel and so easy to go about. 7-11 is just few steps away. The hotel has rooms from ground floor to 3rd floor.. only disadvantage is no lift so hv to climb the stairs. There is a massage chair in the room. The room is clean. I made a cup of tea, watching tv and relaxing in the massage chair for hours before going to bed.

  Good Budget Hotel

  I have been staying here every time i come to PJ due to its location. This time my legs were aching after a trip to Bangkok for Songkran. I made use of the feet massager in the room and had a gòd sleep. ood job Kitty & Team !

  Unpleasant stay but room is acceptable.

  The receptionist at front office wasnt friendly. The staff is Chinese lady the name is unsure. Upon check in, our booking wasnt in the system and the person who checked in us was a foreigner guy who didnt have basic manners to handle a customer. Hence, thats when the Chinese lady enter in front desk and once done with checked in process, I have requested for 2 key card as we were two person staying in the room apparently she claimed that only one key will be given, okay its acceptable because probably it could be the management requirement for the key controlling purpose. The joke is, the Chinese lady use her unpleasant voice by saying If the key card lost they will imposed penalty behind us theres another guest whos waiting for checked in, they were looking at us and it caused an embarrassing for us when we was told as such. I can pay how much also for the damages but whats it is so difficult to explain in pleasantly. Please be MANNERS when handling the guest. Were paying money not a paper!!! I am a hotelier Duty Manager I know the entire front office process. Management kindly take this as a alarmed and kindly fix up the issue and brief your front office team accordingly. Positive, rooms is good and location was acceptable.

  Value for Money

  Stayed at this hotel for a night and I think for the price that is charged is not bad. The room and toilet is clean and that to me is the most important thing if I stay in a Budget hotel. The fixtures though can be better. One of the side table the surface is like damaged with black stains. But over all is it a good Budget hotel to stay in. Comfortable and decent size room.
