  Actual view of Sovereign Hills

  We stayed here with our family of 6 in 3 separate apartments for 3 nights. Our apartment had an actual view of Sovereign Hills which our kids enjoyed waking up to. I don't know if this place is new, but it's very well kept and very clean! Garage parking right underneath the apartment.

  Relaxing stay

  Our aim for this weekend was to have a relaxed visit to Ballarat with little stress and no hassle finding things. Our main adventure was to Sovereign Hill which was very close to these apartments. The first person to greet me, Tracy was lovely. Couldnt do enough for you and helped me out with ideas for dinner close by. There was good undercover onsite, free parking available. The apartment was a surprise- very compact but felt very roomy. Double storey- luxurious living area with big TV /DVD and beautiful soft comfy sofa and kitchen area with all necessary equipment on the ground floor, then 2 large bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor. The beds were large and comfortable. There are TVS & DVD players in both rooms. May need to use the fans in the room, as it got Quite hot upstairs. Felt very secure- both front & back doors have security doors. The pool was a bit dirty but as its not quite swimming weather didnt really matter but plenty if lounge chairs available. There is also a games room on site. They can offer late check outs- we had until 1100 as the cleaners started our end, but that was ok. Overall enjoyable stay. Would return

  Affordable accommodation

  I really can not fault this place for the rooms and amenities. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The pool was well maintained and parking great. It is very close to everything and can walk to many places. The employees are not overly chatty but that suits many people.

  Affordable, clean, comfortable and very close to Sovereign Hill

  We headed to Ballarat for our first Winter Wonderland experience and I chose to book accommodation at these apartments on the basis of reviews and location. They accommodated 4 adults and 2 children comfortably, plenty of room to move around and the 3 bedrooms were quite spacious. The owner/manager turned on the heating in our apartment prior to our arrival which was a welcome bonus given the extreme cold outside. The proximity to Sovereign Hill is an absolute bonus, especially if youre planning on spending a couple of days as it is within an easy walking distance. Overall, a very pleasant experience and one I would recommend to others.

  Perfect

  Stayed in a two bedroom unit. Cheap!!!! Had my 80yr old mother who was so pleased when the shower had a pull down stool for her to sit on. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was well appointed with all that you need. Place was fantastically clean. Great place for the kids with a pool. Would highly recommend.
