  La ubicacion esla unica parte negativa de este hotel, alejado de todo y sin ningun negocio cerca donde comer ni comprar alimentos. Sin embargo, el hotel cuenta con un almacen bastante grande con buenos precios donde conseguir, ademas de souvenirs. El restaurant es extremadamente caro, para nuestro bolsillo al menos. Ofrecen menu libre pero a razon de muchos $$$. La playa esta a 100mts y es muy hermosa, cuenta con un sector permitido para bañarse ya que las agus son muy profundas en otras partes. El sector de la piscina es muy confortable y grande, para no ser molestado por otros huespedes. La habitacion es enorme, con todos los productos de higiene brindados y ropa de dormir sin cargo. El wifi gratuito funciona correctamente. Tiene muchas muchas habitaciones y ocasionalmente se pueden escuchar a otros huespedes andar por los pasillos, sobretodo en la mañana. de todas formas, muy recomendable. Desde el aeropuerto hay un bus publico, que nos dejo en la puerta por solo ¥500 por persona. Ideal para familias, ya que hay bastants niños y puede resultar incomodo para algunas parejas que buscan algo mas romantio.

  Average hotel needs some improvement

  I went as a solo traveller, not great transport links. No poolside service. The staff although friendly had issues with the English language, that got a bit frustrating. The hotel needs updating including the rooms, the beds need changing as I found them uncomfortable. The beach is a short walk and is clean there is also a childrens park very close for families. The food has lots of variety but not many vegetarian options.

  Excellent resort :close to the city and the airport, excellent relaxing place at VIP lounge.

  Stayed at this hotel in low season (December, 2018). A room with a sea view & VIP lounge service. Friendly and super nice hotel staff such as Miss Sakura conducted a clear orientation for a first-time visitor like me. Food and Beverage service providing at VIP lounge is much better than that of in-house restaurants. Suggested that no need to pay for extra money having meals at restaurants. Super spacious room with modest design. The price was around yen 20000 per twin beds with sea view at upper floor (9/F,Dec 2018-January 2019, low reason pricing) . I will visit again once travelling in Okinawa next time. PS: The VIP lounge service reservation is highly recommended.

  Embarrassing

  Stayed for one night in March 2020. Check in: No one to help with bags when I got out of taxi. I was eventually ushered into the club lounge for check in. This was a very slow experience where no drink was offered. I was also made to pay for my accommodation straight away which is unusual in hotels,when checking in to hotel late In the evening I enquired about a later check out. This is usually Offered straight away when paying a premium price for a club room. Hotel staff then said it would be about $30 US per 1 hour after 11am. The hotel was clearly at a very low occupancy rate due to the current Coronavirus issue in Japan. Yet no exceptions were made for check in. Club lounge: The service was terrible in the club lounge. There was only 2 other groups in the club lounge when I went there for a drink. I spotted 5+ staff in the lounge not one of them offered me a drink or cleared my finished plates. The food on offer was inedible. One of the groups I. The lounge was making a lot of noise and obviously making the most of the complementary alcohol. Breakfast: Club lounge guests are encouraged to use one of the hotels restaurants for breakfast, what Id the point of the club lounge? No English menu in restaurant for breakfast. The room: Club room ocean view. the hotel is apparently 10 years old. The room is old, tired and has amenities you can expect in a 2 star hotel. I can guarantee none of the furnishings or room has been updated. The bed was like sleeping on concrete with springs poking out. It is scary to imagine how many people would have slept on it in 10 years. The staff: not a lot of of English spoken, mix that with masks being worn by all the staff and quite spoken staff, I could not understand a lot. To conclude if you are after a club lounge with good service in a good hotel, I would recommend intercontinental or Hyatt Regency. Do not stay at Southern Beach Hotel

  Lovely Stay by the Beach

  Stayed here for 4D3N for work and was amazed by the size of the rooms at this resort. Unlike most Japanese hotels, this was spacious and came with a balcony that had a gorgeous view of the beach. Location-wise, it is a bit far from Naha city and you will need to arrange for a cab (est. 20mins drive depending on traffic). They are located quite near the Okinawa Outlet Mall though so shoppers will love that (est 10mins drive). Service is great and I love that they provide full amenities. Wifi is not that good though and even my own 3G service goes on and off at times. Not sure if it's because of the location but just take note that internet is not the fastest here. As for the Daily Breakfast - do beware that it is 95% the same every day. Would like to advise that the menu should rotate more often especially for the sake of those guests who are staying longer. Some of my colleagues who were there for a week were rather disappointed with the lack of variety. Other than that though, we had a good stay and would like to thank all the staff for being very helpful to us during our stay. Especially the manager who I believe is Kenni. He gave us some helpful travel tips and advice!
