  Great location

  Hannah was great to help us with our reservations and get a room that we very much enjoyed during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool is small but has great views of the beach and was not too crowded. The room was spacious and clean, the kitchen offered all we needed. Our wrap around deck offered great views of the gulf.

  Nice location

  The hotel is in a great location on the beach with restaurants nearby. I paid for a room on Expedia that was supposed to have an ocean view. We paid extra for the ocean view. When we arrived, the person at the counter just laughed and said all she had was street view and it was too bad that it was on Expedia that way, but there was no ocean view rooms. The woman at the bar is fantastic and very sweet. It is worth sitting at the bar and enjoying the view and walking on the beach. There was something (sticky?) on the floor of the bathroom that had not been removed and the door was broken, so I imagine there had been a wild party in the room at some point. Otherwise it was a clean room. Just not worth the price of an ocean view when you don't get one.

  Extremely Surprised

  Based on the recommendation of my niece, my wife and I decided to stay at this hotel. My niece stays there every time she goes to Biloxi to visit her parents. I booked my reservation there. It turned out to be an exceptional choice. My wife and I were going to arrive in Biloxi early so I called the hotel to ask for an early check-in. The response was sure. Come on down (so to speak). The receptionist was so nice and professional. The condo which I stayed in was a King Studio. It was huge and wonderfully decorated. All the amenities were included. The price was exceptional considering the area. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The price might seem high at first but given the location and amenities included, it is more than worth the price.

  Excellent location, great views, rooms needs updating

  I stayed here overnight on my way home from my birthday road trip. It is the only hotel that actually sits on the beach. It is a great location and the rooms are a nice size, with great water views. The suite had a full and half bath. The kitchen was very modern and fully stocked (except paper towels). Although nice, the furnishings could use some updating. The sofa had stains and the tub had nicks in it...and the reason I chose a suite, is because of the tub. The walls seem a little thin, or the parties were just extra loud. Also, although there are signs for the patrons to wear masks, and there is hand sanitizer, the concierge staff does not wear masks. There is a narrow plastic screen between customers and staff, but, it is not very wide. Also, this must be policy, because I was greeted by two different members, and neither bothered to put on a mask to assist me. Helpful info: The reception area is on the third floor, not the first. The parking area is not secure, anyone can drive into it. It really isn't big enough for the hotel. If it is full, you have to park outside the hotel. Also, this has nothing to do with the hotel, but, it appears that Uber Eats may not service this area. It was 6pm on a Saturday evening, and there were no couriers available for any restaurant. May have been a glitch, but, just in case.

  My how things can change

  It's a shame how this hotel has changed in a year. My first visit was perfect, great view, great service and clean rooms. This time after arriving and being notified that the room I had booked was not available. I was giving a suite that had a clump of hair stuck to the shower wall. Probably due to the cleaning crew sleeping in the laundry room all night. I was moved up one floor. As I stepped off the elevator there was confetti leading to the room next to ours. I tried to deal with the noise, and the smell of weed coming under my door. But I had a toddler with me. At about 2:00 A.M. I finally called the front desk and asked to be moved. Of Course no rooms available. They said they would send someone up, they never did. So I turned my Tv towards there wall and found the music channel on the TV turned it all the way up. Called the front desk for a 6:00 A.M. wake up call for my joyful neighbors. And went to find another room for the night.
