  Loved it!

  So, my husband and I originally booked hotel ambra (avoid at all costs) in Milan for 3 nights and by 2nd night we were gone. I saw some good reviews on this hotel and decided anything was better than where we were. I accidentally booked their suite and when we arrived I was shocked. For being a 3 star hotel i thought I was in a 5 star. Stupendous hospitality and we had a terrace! All for 106. It was inexpensive and the best hotel I've stayed in Europe by far. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. It's location is 800 meters away from the lake. It's peaceful and quiet. Clean pool, BIG BUFFET, CLEAN BATHROOM, and a gym (did not go in though). I would gladly go back and get room 11.

  We loved it!!!

  A place that have everything we needed. There was 5 of us, 2 adult and 3 children(6,9,12). The kids loved the pool! We loved the views from the hotel balcony and sitting area outside. Breakfast was nice and coffee too. There is option to have some warm food and drinks at the hotel. Room was cleaned every day! The distance from the hotel to the lake not to long. Nice peaceful place. The only thing we did not liked was that people could smoke everywhere. On the balcony, around swimming pool and at the outside seating areas. When you are with kids you don't want that. Other than that... WE LOVED IT!

  Very sorry place

  The bed I had smelled of stale sweat the manager gave me a new pillow but this did not help he repeatedly refused to come the the room and told me dont tell me my hotel is dirty. This set the tone for the 3 day stay there is a set of rules which is 4 pages which the manager keeps reminding me on all of them even when I was not breaking any treating me and my family with distaste the air con is set at 24 you cant change it so I left the windows open only to hear at 3.30 in the morning the night security guard throwing buckets about and making noise he was washing the whole pool area down making as much not as possible Great hotel? Manager is a complete arrogant person fall out with him you will have a nightmare time I only asked to get my bed sheets changed and I have been treated so badly Dont book slightly over priced find some where better

  Great boutique hotel and quiet

  Great for a family of 4 and two teenagers (American). Amazingly clean, cleanest ever and we travel a lot. Pool was chill, no ball throwing or jumping. Found a large rock beach and a sand beach walking distance. Downtown area was very close as well, small walk. Service was outstanding for food, drink. My son left his iPan after we left and drove to Munich. They mailed it to us for the cost of shipping. Great family owned business. Would stay again!

  for me its one of the best Hotel,the staff was well behaved,they really try to help you to have good time and memories

  if I have another free time for take a vacation of course I choose going to Maderno, I think one of most important point I want to go again there its a friendly and helpfully of the staff of Hotel Sorriso.
