  Terrible staff and service

  Such a worst resort with very bad service. We waited for 3 hours in its restaurant for our order. On complaining, the hotel manager replied very badly. The staff alongwith manager have no etiquettes at all.Worst experience!

  Poor in everything

  Restaurant was bad. Service was slow. Bad behaviour by the staff. Rooms were poor. The manager was also not co operative. Had a very bad experience at this place. Would not recommend this place fo anyone.

  Worst hotel in Pondicherry

  Hotel is in very bad condition, rooms are dirty.Service is horrible, also their is issue of water. Some rooms fan and ac not working properly. Food quality is not good.This hotel not deserve single star also.

  Terrible

  Please dont visit this place by any means. Whatever the pictures it has shown in the photo, there is nothing. Rooms were so shabby, sleeping like anything. TV and Ac was not working. Blanket were torn. There was no restaurant and swimming pool. More over front desk staff was so rude and not listening.   "Worst Property with Professional Supervisor"

  Actually.... I am not ineterested in posting review, but the positive, smiling, dedicated supervisor's hospitality and service make us to post a review..... I booked a hotel "Soorya Beach resort" via online bcoz the images, views, location near by the Auroville beach were exited us to book room, But wen i reached, It seems isolated, there was only two or 3 persons in charge. I loose my joyfull mindset fully upset,..... wen I look around, there is no proper resort infrastructure, there is no swimming pool at al, I thought this is gonna be a worst stay, we dont have a second option bcoz we booked rooms online In few minutes, one person came and introduce himself as chandran he dressed simply but he welcome us in a good way and his way of aproach make us to feel like we are in 5 star or 7 star property, the we feel lite..... after we asked him, why there is no swimming pool, resort kind of infrastructure..... he answered and explain in a polite, humble way .. moreover we satisfied in his answers and explainations, his expalinations were supportive to the hotel, but it doesnt make us to feel bad, bcoz the way of speech and good attitude. After, we saw the rooms, condition of the some rooms were very bad, flush not works in 1 room thats old style too. smell of rooms is not good then supervisor chandran arranges room spray to fix it. Overall a horrible experience for the first two hours, because the property is not occupied with people, but the supervisor spend some time with us to relax under the coconut trees share some of his career and memorable experiences to take up our loneliness and also served us very nicely till we check out. Sure I will visit again make a stay, and also I got the contact to share with my friends.. I recommend soorya resort for good service...thank you by Ritu Behra
