  perfect hotel for business and vacation

  We had the chance to stay there for a multi-day business training with international participants. After a warm welcome we used same meeting room during the whole week and it was privately reserved for us which makes it easy to handle the agenda very flexible. The service of the hotel was very flexible as well, as we had no delays to get meals, even as we were not in time for all the service. A very big THANKS to all the people of the service which makes this possible for us. Beside the business meeting we have really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere in this hotel and there is nothing what you will miss if you stay there. The whole hotel is new (total rebuild of the old part) and built with a high standard. Rooms are very comfortable with balcony, highly standard on the bathroom and more than enough space for the luggage and for yourself. WLAN is available in the rooms and in the common area that connectivity is always possible. As our agenda was fully booked, we hadn't the chance to enjoy the spa section as well, but it looks quite nice and good. If you're searching a hotel for business or private events or for your vacation all over the year, this is a really good opportunity to see, enjoy and learn a lot of the west part of Austria.

  The Best Resort in the region

  In June we attended the Shubertiade Festival with the UK based Martin Randall Travel. To our surprise, Sonne Lifestyle Resort was a lovely place to stay. The pictures f the rooms are exactly how they are shown. Clean and very inviting. The food was good and the staff was cordial and professional. I did not go on all of the group hikes. My spa experience was divine. The bath treatment and massage were excellent. The "nude" spa (you can take a towel) was empty, so I was by myself for a few hours. Excellent facility, not well promoted on their site. The town is adorable but tiny. It's a ski destination,so there weren't mobs of people which was perfect. The owner is around during the day and is very helpful. She was able to make a last minute dinner reservation for us in another town. On a rainy, grey day a few of us ladies took the bus into Bezau and walked around the entire town. Great fun.

  A true wellness hotel

  I now understand the concept of a wellness hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, the location is breathtaking, the breakfast spread was both healthy and tasty, and the food served in the restaurant was top notch. The pool is a little small but this would not stop me from staying at this hotel again. The service is also very personal and friendly. Not sure what the star rating of this hotel is but it is definitely 5 star or above if possible. You will definitely feel refreshed and well after a stay here.

  High quality standards

  We had the chance to stay in hotel Sonne and it was a unique experience. Friendly staff, very professional, amazing rooms spacious, food was excellent, soundproof in all areas, with an outdoor heated pool...

  what a great place to stay

  If you're looking for a wellness hotel in the (Austrian) alps, this is definitely a good choice. The rooms offer lots of space, the bed is reall comfortable, the breakfast is great and of course the swimming and spa area is supberb. There is a regular swimming pool, several saunas, some steam baths, relaxing areas, massage treatmens and so on and so on... If the weather's good, you can have some nice hikes outside in the mountains. I really recommend the 6-course gala dinner!
