  cercano del shopping center, del metro y por ende de Washington downtown . Personal agradable te dan la información suficiente , hacen agradable tu estadía, tienes piscina y desayuno buffet. Dormitorios limpios y mucha seguridad.

  Reservamos 2 noches para visitar Washington. Son apartamentos con dormitorio-cocina-salón y baño. Limpieza aceptable, pero diseño de hace muuuuchos años, y paredes muy finas que se oye toooodo lo que hacen/dicen los vecinos. Si sois más de 2 personas, el sofá-cama te lo tienes que hacer tu mismo, no existe el servicio de habitaciones para ellos. Parking exterior en la puerta y wifi gratuito. Nos incluía desayuno en un mini-restaurante en que solo hay 3 mesas, y aunque la variedad no es mucha (nada caliente ni cocinado), apañaba el desayuno. Metros/trenes/autobuses, imprescindible llegar en coche hasta ellos. Al lado mismo hay un 7/11 que apaña bien las cenas por proximidad y precio.

  Stayed here one night luckily, outside the building looks fantastic, modern and clean, inside it's extremely dated, we had a two bedroom suite and everything from the decor to the furniture needed refurbishment, the sofa bed was falling to pieces, stained and even the sheets had stains, the receptionist was lovely though. Breakfast was limited, other than waffles and oatmeal, nothing hot and only about 3 tables. I wouldn't stay again.

  Sad, Outdated, Musty, Noisy, Just Plain Lousy

  I'm not sure where some of these other reviewers stayed, but certainly not where I was because this is the worst Marriott I have ever been in. Is this even a Marriott hotel? It is simply put - awful. The only redeeming quality is the lovely staff who smile through all the shortcomings of this property. The rooms are completely outdated to say the least. They put stainless steel fridge (which rattled all night long) and a cheap new shower curtain. Everything else seems straight out of the 90s. The beds were awful, the furniture torn and worn and the kitchen looked like it was from a tear down. Hotel smelled of smoke and pet odors (oh yes, pets are allowed in every room). This place needs to be gutted. As far as the noise - loud as heck! The windows are like paper as are the walls. Inside fridge, elevator, lobby noise all night long. Outside, people gathering in the parking lot all night, overflowing from their hotel rooms (maybe just rented for a house party?). Complained multiple times. And as an extra perk- the "breakfast area" has 3 tables in it. So if you're not lucky enough to get one, you bring your food back to your room. Not convenient when you're trying to get out the door. AWFUL!

  Nice relaxing stay

  I needed a hotel that was quick to get to work from since I had work the next morning and there were no rooms available at my property. It was a very very nice suite. Although it was a little further away than I wanted it to be, it was still very well worth it. I would definitely stay again to have a full experience at the property. My only issue was when I came to see if my room was ready around 9am that morning, the clerk took my card and everything but didn't charge it like I had wanted him to, so when I came back to the hotel to actually pick up my keys, I had to do the process all over again. It wasn't that serious but still nonetheless I enjoyed my mini stay at the property.
