  Comfy and Clean

  I'm helping a family member in the area during a medical issue. During the a time when Covid cases are escalating, I found Sonesta to be a refuge. The front desk staff, especially Tim, were super helpful and friendly and always masked up. The suite itself is like a little apartment. The units are in separate buildings and the suite is accessed much like an apartment with an outside door, so don't have to worry about encountering other guests in hallways. It has a nice sitting area, full kitchen with range and dishwasher, and the beds were really comfortable. Wi Fi was great as was plentiful hot water and nice bathrooms with granite vanity. Very quiet at night. Also, they are pet friendly and worked out great to take the dog out to grassy areas near the property. Couldn't have been more pleased with the stay my first time at Sonesta Suites, and will look for other properties in the future.

  Great property!

  Location is perfect. Anything you could need is in the surrounding area. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend to others and plan to stay again!

  Perfect place to stay for a family trip!

  My husband and I took the kids to St. Louis for the weekend and could not have been happier with our stay here. The rooms were extremely clean and very comfortable. There was more than enough space for our large family. I really appreciated the stocked kitchen and the fact that they wash all the dishes between guests! They made us feel very safe considering everything going on right now. The staff was very warm and welcoming. They were even nice enough to allow us use of their dining room so we could have a socially distanced dinner with relatives who live in the area. We will absolutely stay there every time we visit from now on!

  BEWARE St. Luke's patients!

  BEWARE St. Luke's patients We came to St. Louis for a surgery, I mentioned this while doing the reservation, we originally had a loft (2 floor suite) but those rooms are always on the second floor. That was a problem, we had our dogs and I would need to go down with them, and my husband was told to avoid stairs. So, we changed the reservation to a studio and asked for a room with grass outside the second door. Well, we got a room in a side that had a construction at the street and there were holes on the side walk, holes on the grass and poop that was left from other pet owners. Our bathroom was teeny-tiny, to the point it was ridiculous. I had 3 feet overall to move in there. How am I supposed give my husband a bath in such a small place?! There was no shower, just a bathtub. Not very comfortable to use after a surgery, he couldn't do stairs, who thought it was a good idea for him to raise his leg?! I cleaned the room, which had a labeled stating: "this room is sealed and clean for our safety". Well, it wasn't very cleaned, I found dirt on the handles of the refrigerator, the inside had stains that I had to remove, the food disposal was filthy and the "hospital corners" on the sheets were awful. I pulled the sheets so that my husband could get into and out of the bed easier and brought the whole thing with me. I looked at the pictures in eir website and this was not the hotel I was expecting at all! Overall I don't know why this mouse trap was advertised as a good option for the St. Luke's patients, I would not recommend this place AT ALL!

  Really nice!

  We had lots of space for our family of 5. The room was very clean and really nice. The kitchen was perfect and 3 TVs was a big plus! There were plenty of dishes for our whole family. We never heard anyone else, so it was very quiet and the grounds were beautiful.
