  Great Customer Service

  We had a room booked to attend a wedding in town. When we arrived (later than we planned but after the start of check-in time) we learned our room wasn't ready yet. The worker that checked us in, after listening to my need for changing clothes and getting to the wedding, informed us we could use the restrooms upstairs by the gym and to stop by the desk on the way out to see if the room was ready before we left. We changed and stopped by the desk, where he informed me that a room had just become ready and he gave us a key to a loft unit he upgraded us to at no additional cost to us. Although we were frustrated about our room not being ready when it should have been, we definitely enjoyed the unit and will, in fact be planning a family trip just to stay there and do some sight-seeing.

  Best employees ever!

  My sister and I want to thank Darin ,Elizabeth and Lisa for making her stay at Sonesta ES Suites in April and May 2020 wonderful. Her apartment burned down, and State Farm put her up here for over a month. They treated her like family, made her feel welcome during a very difficult time in her life. Darin especially is an amazing Sonesta employee who comes to Minnesota from New Orleans where he worked for 18 years at the Sonesta Suites there. . We go visit him from time to time because we just love him! The suites all have full kitchens with spacious living areas. Try getting the unit with the loft because it is extra large. Before Covid, they cleaned the units almost every day when we were there if you requested. There is a pool also but it is closed now due to Covid but it may reopen soon.

  Home away from home

  Sonesta is a great place to stay whether your just gone for the weekend or if your planning on staying a while. Staff is helpful and very polite. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. COVID-19 made things a little different but they made the stay as normal as possible.

  great price for the room you get

  we have stayed at this location (residence inn ... then sonesta) for 20+ years. GREAT location, GREAT price, rooms are fine (love the living space so we can sit and talk)... had some management problems a couple years ago but they are pulling themselves away from that. Will stay there again.

  Vacation

  We stayed for 4 nights during our vacation. Considering all circumstances with COVID, Sonesta accommodated is well. The room was spacious and having 2 bathrooms was convenient. The staff was super friendly. However, breakfast was not offered due to COVID and the pool was closed. During our stay, one of the toilets didnt flush so maintenance had to be called. They were quick to respond so that was great. The dishes were not super clean but loved having the full size fridge, sink and stove. Overall, I would stay again after COVID and experience what it would be like on a normal basis.
