    El mejor Residence Inn de los que conozco

    Me he hospedado en el Residence Inn en el pasado pero este es el mejor Residence Inn de todos en los que me he quedado, con mucha diferencia. Me suelo dar cuenta de que en muchos hoteles faltan esos pequeños detalles pero en este todo está pensado. Hay ramos de pequeñas flores en todas las mesas y todos los días las cambian. El personal y el servicio son excelentes. Si por alguna razón tienes algún problema, el personal hace todo lo posible para arreglarlo y hacerte sentir feliz. Todas las habitaciones están renovadas y los lunes ofrecen la "happy hour" (hora feliz). Los jueves puedes tomar cerveza y vino por veinticinco céntimos que los destinan a obras de caridad. Como ya he dicho, es el mejor de los establecimientos que conozco, es como sentirte en tu casa pero en otro sitio.

    Excelente servicio y buena atención por el personal.

    El hotel tiene muy buenas instalaciones. Los servicios son muy buenos. El personal en general da una atención excelente. Mis agradecimientos a los gerentes en turno, especialmente Pat (una gran atención), Albert y Jim. Gracias por su amabilidad y atención.

    Disappointed

    I am not a complainer but feel its important share. Myself being in the logistics/conference industry its important for feedback. First of all, Lillie was amazing and has great customer service. We chatted prior and then when I checked in and she was so nice. We got all of our stuff settled in for the first room. When we got in the room.. the surface area seemed clean, but we did notice it was warm in the room. We turned down the a/c hoping it would get cooler. We went in the bathroom and the light didnt work. It concerned us being that if the cleaning person didnt notice this when they were in there.. if they actually cleaned the bathroom youd think they would report this. We decided to wait and call about after a bit, but then we noticed the room was still very warm. We called the front desk and got Lillie and she assisted us right away and even brought us the keys to the new room. We again moved all of our things onto the next room and it was very cool with the a/c working well. We have noticed in staying at your properties, is that you are always missing something in the kitchen area.. a glass, wine glass, coffee cup, utensils.. Do not the cleaning people notice these things? Is there not a checklist? Also, I do understand about not having cleaning service every day anymore since COVID, but it would be great if they actually would provide you new towels and take away your dirty ones, every other day at least, instead of standing in the lobby having to wait for these as a bunch of kids come into the lobby area without masks on. The grounds were not kept up.. trash in different areas. I did notice no trash cans outside, so I can see why people might just not throw away in their room. Also, very loud. A lot of folks congregate outside at all hours.. We had whooping and hollering at 12:30 am several nights. I had mentioned something to Lillie about not staying close to the courtyard area, but it didnt matter. One other thing that came up while at our stay, was the strong smell of cannabis in our room in the evenings. It must come thru the vents. It was not pleasurable at all. It smells like a big skunk if you ever have smelled it. We have stayed at each of your properties each time they seem to go downhill more. With no security. You dont feel safe. Its sad to us.. We enjoy the setup of the rooms and the having the kitchen, but we will think about if we will be staying here again.

    Great Stay at Sonesta ES Suites

    The suite was spacious, and was perfect for our family of five. The check-in process was smooth despite covid-19 restrictions/guidelines, and the employee at the desk was very polite. The hotel itself is in a great location, with many restaurants and shops within a short driving distance.

    Not Good

    I booked this hotel as a mini trip to celebrate my son's birthday after we visited Newport Aquarium. First off the area is sketchy obviously that's not the hotels fault but I wish I knew that prior to arriving. My heart fell when we pulled up after having a great day at the aquarium. The front desk staff was truly great. After we checked in I went into the room to wipe and spray everything down due to covid. You can see in the pictures the paint was peeling off the handrail, there were stains on the chairs, stains on the carpet, brown stuff splattered on the fridge, hair in the bathrooms sink, stuff on the toilet seat, food on the stove, food splattered on the wall, thick dust on the fan and hair behind the pillows on the bed. I wiped everything down and sprayed it trying to stay positive since my kids were excited about staying at the hotel. Once the whole family got in my one year old opened a utility closet that should have been locked. Thankfully I was right there and could grab him before he ran in. The closet was disgusting. My husband sat in one of the chairs and it was so wobbly it looked like it would fall apart. My daughter went to look out the window and yells gross. We look and there's stuff splattered on the window. At this my husband and I were furious. This was unacceptable for the price and our birthday celebration for our son was ruined. We decided to just go back home. We went to the office and asked for a refund which they issued without a fuss. I was thankful for that because I was so angry I was really trying to not lose my temper. I wouldn't recommend staying here with a family. It's not at all like the pictures on the website. With that being said their staff is great
