  El lugar es bello el trato es excelente él precio es accesible gracias por su a tensión la comida el personal las camas súper cómodas mucho espacio el baño muy amplio me sentí como si estuviera en casa.

  Home away from home

  The folks here at Sonesta truly are professional in every sense however they treat each and every guest like family. From the moment you arrive till your departure the attention to detail and ensuring your comfort goes above and beyond all expectations.It has truly been the most pleasurable stay i have experienced.   1 week stay turned into 2 week stay

  When we arrived they where welcoming and friendly. There hospitality was amazing. They rushed the services that we had a requested. The greeted me by first or last name. The staff there was amazing. And by the end of our stay we found out that the entire hotel was staffed with 8 people a day.

  Love the location

  This was my second time staying at this property. Last time was in 2017. I was not as impressed this time. While the property is beautiful and the location is great, the staff isn't as friendly and welcoming and I felt like the breakfast bag could've been better, maybe offer hot breakfast sandwiches. I still give four stars because the room was clean and comfortable like last time and they seem to be doing a decent job with the covid safety measures. I may stay here again if I'm ever in the area but I may explore other options.

  Short stay extended to 2.5 months

  We came to the Boston area for our sons heart surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital. We were looking for a place with 2 bedrooms and a reasonable rate. We had never heard of Sonesta hotels. We found that Sonesta ES Suites in Andover was perfect. It was an easy 30 minute drive to the hospital. When we arrived at Sonesta, we were welcomed by extremely professional staff. We had expected our stay to be around 2 weeks. It was extended to 2.5 months. During this time the politeness and professionalism of the staff never changed. They treated us like family. Any need that we had, was met within a very timely manner and always with a smile. Because of our situation, we didn't know how long we needed to make reservations. We kept extending our time as we needed, and the staff went over and above to accommodate our needs. We stayed at Sonesta during the Covid pandemic. The staff was very conscientious from greeting us upon arrival, the cleanliness of the hotel and room, meeting our individual requests, to the providing of weekly cleaning of our rooms. We do not anticipate needing to return to the Boston area, however we will certainly be checking into Sonesta hotels as we travel throughout the United States in the future.
