  ¡Servicio de alta calidad!

  ¡Qué persona no desea tener una experiencia inolvidable! Pues en este hotel desde que abres las puertas un saludo coordial es brindado, junto con una gran sonrisa. Empleados trabajando recepción tienen gran conocimiento del área, y hacen hasta lo que puedan para hacerte sentir en como en casa. Habitación de gran tamaño, con cocina y baños separados, para los que tienen esposas que no le gustan que las apresuren. Desayuno completo, y un servicio impecable. Mi familia y yo la pasamos de maravilla, lugares para visitar con grandes historias. Este hotel esta cerca de tiendas y restaurantes, no necesitas tener un auto para llegar. Definitivamente, que cuando regrese a visitar a mi familia me quedare en esta localidad. ¡Gracias!

  Checked and cut the stay short

  We booked two rooms in for several days stay. We got in super late the first night and the lady taking our details that night was very nice and friendly. That was the extent of it. Morning desk crew was rude an unhelpful. Came back for our 2nd night stay and met the same rude clerk so we checked out and with our Marriott Bonvoy app we rebooked the remaining days at the Marriott in Clinton NJ. A 180 degree difference in the facility and staff at the Marriott Clinton NJ FACILITY. The wives demanded we go elsewhere and we are glad we could rearrange our itenary.

  Yucky

  One place to avoid. Apparently Trip Advisor wants 200 word review when one word encapsulates it all: Yucky. They are in great need of a hotel update. I felt like this was a step back to the 80s , dark decor, limp lighting, musty smell in the room.

  They forgot a few things

  This location is dated, with popcorn ceilings, missing kitchen cabinet doors, and thin walls. They forgot to leave dish towels and wash cloth for us. The staff seemed nice enough, but when we asked about ice we were told the front desk clerk was the only one who could get it for us and she was alone so couldn't leave her station. We were concerned that a location as busy as they seemed to be would leave one person to run the whole thing.

  Pretty much as expected

  Stayed here for a week. Staff was helpful. Molly at the breakfast buffet was very helpful. Two hotel buildings, three floors each, and and a separate building for reception, breakfast and meetings. There are also two other Marriott properties next door. It is next to the highway so you can expect some traffic noise especially if your room is on that side. Our second floor room had convenient access to a stairwell and outside. We had to put towels at our door to keep out smoke smell, seemed to be coming from a vent in the hallway. Pretty typical Residence Inn, good layout and convenient. Convenient to lots of restaurants. Convenient to airport, Bethlehem and Allentown.
