  Great place to stay in Chongqing

  We absolutely loved to stay in the studio we booked here. Very modern, very clean, facilities are superb, the bed is super comfortable! Also, the location is quite central and some great restaurants, which the very helpful & friendly staff recommended us, are close by. We even changed our travel plans to extend a night here. A great hotel in an amazing city.

  Spacious apartments at seriously good rates!

  The hotel is location within the central Chongqing area, and only a short easy ride to anywhere within Yuzhong district. What brought us here is the large 1-bedroom apartment that would easily house 2 adults and 2 kids. It contains a small but fully equipped kitchen, large fridge, and even a washing machine. The rates are also very reasonable for such big units (book through its official website for deals). Breakfast buffet included is good with a wide spread with starters, both oriental and western items, fruits, cereals and freshly cooked station. There is even a kids play area and a pool. Very easy place for families. Staffs are also friendly and attentive. The reason it got 4/5 is: one of the rooms we booked was not completely clean when we checked in. The last occupants half empty mineral bottle was still on the table, and some scraps of paper still lying about.

  nice stay

  nice apartment hotel. some kinds type of room good for family or business.all room prepared washing machine with dry,good for long stay. location is a little far from subway station,.but they prepared shuttle bus every 30minutes can take guest to station and one big shopping centre.

  not a bad hotel but the elevator was scaring (elevator electicity dies, sildes down, no response from the emerg* button)

  overall a good place to live with decent price. they provide very good room-keeping service, and we have experienced good services from their staffs in the past times. we have been living at this hotel for months. it is a repeat purchase. but somewhat disappointed in our living experience this time. at one day during out living, while my wife took the elevator, it went out the electricity with everything down. the elevator slide down for one floor. she tried pressing emergency button but no one was connected. she was severely scared because she thought she might be died in the dropping. after that, she went to service front desk and reported this accident to staff there. she was further disappointed by the way in which the staffs there reacted. she said they have not even say a 'sorry', they reacted by saying they will "open a champagne" for us. which sounds ridiculous to me. in the next day, the elevator was not closed. she never took that one again. so what I recommend is very basic thing you should do: to treat the safety of your customer seriously and to train your staff well for their better reactions while serving customers under the similar circumstances in future.

  Value for money, especially for family

  Great room size as we got the suites apartment which comes with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each of the bedroom sizes is larger than most of the hotels, and not to mention the generous size of the living area! The only thing that I dislike is the location, due to it is located at the riverside and we need to climbs 243859 steps up to the city center. But will be back for sure!
