  Home away from home

  I just came back from a weeks stay at Somerset West Point. Booked a 4 bedroom apartment because was travelling with family members. The serviced apartment is really a home away from home. The apartment was bright and airy, came with a living room cum dining, kitchen, washing machine and fridge. There were 4 lovely bedrooms, 3 came with king beds and 1 with 2 single beds, which met my familys needs. Best part- there was daily housekeeping and breakfast. There is also food delivery menus available in the room, which make things very convenient if you feel lazy to go out at night. There are many restaurants and convenience stores along the main road facing the service apartment. Location wise- its about 20mins by taxi from Hoan Kiem Lake, Old quarter, French quarter and other attractions. West lake is a 10 minute walk away. The airport is about 30 minutes away. Starbucks is located right downstairs- so convenient for my daily coffee fix. I also ate at Al Gaucho Steakhouse, was a little pricey but the food was really good. A wonderful place to stay if you are travelling in a big group and looking to house everyone in the same place.

  Excellent Accommodation

  We had a great stay at the Somerset West Point. We arrived early and could not check in yet so they provided us with a stay at the guest lounge while waiting. We stayed at the 4-bedroom apartment which is very nice and spacious. The breakfast was very reasonably priced. Location is in a quiet area in the West Lake area. The Old Quarter where the activities are is about a 15 minute taxi ride. This is where you stay if you want a more quiet and less busy area. The only thing we expected is a bigger tv especially in the living area but the tvs are quite small. But it's a minor detail.

  Excellent Service but needs improving Breakfast menu. Menu is so small than other hotels even in Shanghai in china. Almost service is very good and please let us get the guide about exorbitant price Taxi when we have the city tour with women driver.

  I rather buy one somerset west point residence

  It was excellent staying even though i have own apartment in Hanoi. I want to rent or buy this apartment haha If you want to stay without any disturbing. choose here. Many stores near, starbucks lobby,nice steak house

  Very nice stay. We were 4 friends going on a quick stay over trip but the rooms were spacious, modern and well equipped, much to our surprise. Staff were friendly and quick with our check in and check out.
