  Great Location

  We stayed for a few nights with 3 kids and found the service to be very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast spread was good too, and the staff was friendly with the children. There is also a pool and a play area for the kids. The rooms were clean and well appointed. It is also walking distance from City Centre Mall. Would definitely stay here again.

  Great Staff

  The staff members in this hotel are exceptional. They will do whatever needed to fulfill your need. The hotel has no restaurant, but, lots of restaurants are about 500 meters away in the city center shopping mall. There are, however, some construction going on around the hotel that make it difficult to walk to city center shopping mall. Good choice for family with children.

  staycation at somerset westbay doha

  it was our first time in somerset, we were surprised and delighted how great it was. its a condo hotel, very spacious. i so love the Kitchen!! complete with utensils as in everything. they also provided grocery for breakfast.the table setting is amazing. The toilets are sparkly clean which im very particular. towels, slippers bathrobes, toiletres are provided. we had two rooms and each one is big. very big. All the staff are nice and accommodating. we are definitely coming back on our next holiday staycation.

  Happy to stay

  Glad they had a promo. For a 2 BR, its very reasonable. The living room is huge. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Also, almost everything were provided from kitchen utensils, to cookwares. They also have complimentary dairy food. Thanks for your great service.

  Very good serviced apartments and great staff

  We stayed here for around two weeks and enjoyed every day. The two bedroom corner apartment, while a bit dated, was very clean, well designed and well equipped. Adjacent to the kitchen was a small empty room that we used to put our toddler's toys. There's an indoor kid's playroom and well-equipped gym. The staff were also really nice and made a genuine effort to make our stay comfortable. On two different occasions, a security guard and a staff member saw me carrying bags and walked out to the street to help me. Reception staff would also always greet us nicely. On the day before the last, a receptionist when hearing about our travel plans offered to contact the manager without us asking and was able to extend our stay for one extra day which saved us some moving hassle. We would definitely have stayed longer except we were told the entire hotel would be closing for one year for renovation. The location is on a quiet one-way street within walking distance of city center and the corniche. The nearby Sheraton hotel park is walkable also but would probably be too hot and humid in late spring and summer.
