  Central boutique hotel

  Only 5 rooms at the second floor of an apartment building, reception 24 hours, breakfast included (simple but with all you need), much appreciated free coffee and tea all day long till 11pm, courteous and helpful receptionists, clean, comfortable beds, bathrobes and slippers (not expected for a 3star property), free extrabed for our children, large bathroom. It's ideal if you come like us with 72hrs visa free program. From the peterline shuttle bus stop it's only 300m. Another 300m to the Hermitage. Minimarket 24hrs downstairs and also a couple of nice russian restaurants in the same street. And the best price in the area. Thank you.

  a good place to stay

  This small hotel is situated on a main road a short walk from the Winter Palace and the Admirlteskaya metro station. It is on the second floor of a residential building. The room are clean, a reasonable size with a hairdryer, air conditioning but lacked enough storage for two of us. The bedding was odd with the duvet smaller than the width of the bed. Free wifi was available but this was very slow. The staff spoke some basic English and were helpful. The breakfast room was very small with only three tables. The breakfast selection was limited and on one occasion we noticed some of the bread was mouldy. Breakfast is not available until 8am, which may be a bit late if you have a full days site seeing. Water, tea and coffee is available in the breakfast room the water ran out on the day we arrived and hadn't been replaced when we checked out 4 days later. This was disappointing as the advice is not to drink the tap water, so we ended up buying our own each day. Overall, a very good value for money hotel in a safe, central location. I would stay there on my next trip to St Petersburg.

  Overbooking

  Didn't sleep in this hotel, but dealt with service. It turned out I was overbooked, the travel agencye returned my money quickly + some extra for inconvenience. What was exceptional in this hotel is that lady at reception found me an alternative (nice hotel on nevsky) on that crowded time. The price was the same, unfortunately it was only for 1 night, so next day she found me another hotel for the rest of my stay. The hotel itself looks nice. I'd spend there a night if I could.

  A small and clean hotel with good location

  The hotel is on the 6th floor of an old building. I believe there are at least 3 more hotels or B&B in the same building but different floors. Everytime you get into the building, you should ring the bell and the fronkdesk open the door remotely for you. If the clerk is away from the fronkdesk temporarily, you will need to wait for some minutes. There is an elavator, but it is so small that hardly carries 3 people. Most of time, we decided to leave the lift alone and walk the stairs. The rooms are not big, but it is clean and meet the basic requirement for us. The location is very close to the major tour spots in town. And, its breakfast is ample for a b&b. We are satisfied with the stay.

  Very good service and experience

  The elevator was very small and old but the hotel is very clean and nice. The service was good and kind, something you don't see usually in Russia. The view from the hotel is very nice. Food is acceptable at this kind of hotell
