  Love the place

  The resort is nice and value for money, food are not that expensive. My family enjoyed the pool and salt water man made lagoon. This place perfect for family occasions and corporate team building. Kudos!

  Pleasant Overnight Stay

  I and my family stayed overnight in this property. Shared facilities with Solea are huge and perfect for weekend getaway of the family. Sadly, we came on the day of their busiest.The place and the facilities are so crowded, events are everywhere (even until midnight music are still loud),you cannot feel any sense of peace! Rooms with terrace are spacious and comfortable only the problem that we notice in both of our rooms are the bathroom, water pressure are weak, and no glass or anything to stop the water from bathing floor to wash basin and bowl place which makes the whole area always wet. Breakfast is wide in variety and tempting in there well designed restaurant located in Solea. NOTE: Make sure to book a reservation with breakfast or else you will be paying 1200 per person in the restaurant. (which i found it so expensive for just a breakfast). Staff are accommodating and so helpful especially Ms. Marnelli of reservations. She is very professional and efficient. We've got a misunderstanding upon my arrival regarding extra person but she figure out and given me the most considerate decision with regards to it, so i highly commend her for that together with the lady reception staff who checked me in ( i just forgot her name) who just heard my concern at her best. Timing of our stay is not just perfect, But overall our overnight stay was pleasant will definitely come back but not in the same season.

  In need of refurbishment

  As is the norm in the Philippines staff are very friendly, room was tired and very poor lighting, Wi-fi very slow, not consistent enough for business. Ordered room service, spat Bol, when it arrived I commented that it was a childs portion, the bowl is deep said the waiter. It wasnt had to go out and get something else.

  Nice Resort

  Few Problem we incountered. The aircon is not too cold, we did not sleepwell room is hot. Be careful not to stain the Bedsheet it will Cost you 2,500pesos. The Water Tank in the toilet is not working well keep running out of water. Food is Very expensive not worth the price. Breakfast is 900 pesos per person.

  Under New Management | See Solea Mactan Resort

  The resort is no longer managed by Best Western and the resort is now called Solea Seaview. At the same location, Solea now has three buildings, of which Solea Seaview is the oldest and most rundown. The staff are excellent, but this particular building is just too old. Choose one of the other two buildings instead - Solea Mactan and Solea Palm. They share the same resort facilities. We upgraded and moved to Solea Palm on the same day that we checked in.
