  First, I would like to explain to you my reservation and my choice of Shaza Al-Madina hotel. I searched through the booking app to stay for 11 nights, and the price was approximately 5700 SR, including the tax without breakfast, then I called the hotel by phone and got a very wonderful offer of 4400 riyals, including the tax, in addition to having breakfast through Hotel reservations officer Rasha Al-Sharif, and when I checked in to the hotel, I got upgraded to a suite instead of its room through the receptionist Nasser The hotel is very cool and comfortable, it enjoys great luxury, the room area is very large, the cleanliness is great, and they pay attention to preventive measures for Corona virus, and it is very close to the Prophets Mosque Parking is free and available 24 hours The breakfast is very tasty and varied Staff is very friendly and helpful I visited this hotel in August and also in October The two experiences are more than wonderful Of course I will visit the hotel again

  Spiritual retreat

  Shaza Almadina holds a special place in our hearts, for my wife and I always found it convenient for our purpose of visit, add more to that, Shaza especially holds memories for us all as we have always stayed there with our much missed mother who recently passed away. We did go through a blip at first with house keeping during what is considered a very busy time even during the pandemic that is school holidays. No sooner that we raised a concern that the whole team were at our door and did a wonderful job in making it all go away plus some. I do commend the wonderful Mr. Sameh at the restaurant who is truly a gentleman and his manager Mr. Majed who took my initial concern and took it upon himself to inform those who are concerned and was always seen entertaining his guests and ensuring service is given at the highest standards, we would also like to thank Mr. Mohamed James, and the wonderful Mahmoud on his attentiveness. Mr. Sameh I cannot go without a second mention, you are unforgettable and hold great admiration in our hearts, our daughters loved your small talk and made their mornings as you must have done for others, hope to see you again soon. Back to Mr Arab, housekeeping management, I thank you for resolving our issue and listening to us, we won't forget Hussain who ran a mile with us in remedying first concerns and stood by us through out our stay, the wonderful Munir, Shameem. My espouse would also like to mention the wonderful Hala at front desk who went beyond the call of duty and was very empathetic to her. Concierge always had smiling faces and were always welcoming and pleasant for my many out and in trips. The many names that I have mentioned here is truly a sign of many returns for us as we have found a second home from home where we felt welcomed and treated as celebrities. We do hope to come back again and meet the wonderful people that made our short stay memorable and do pray that they stay safe and continue giving their best to others whom we are sure would also corroborate this narrative if they received half of the personal attention that we had been given.
