    Just OK, nothing special

We stayed in unit 316 for 5 nights over the Easter Break. We were on the third floor which we found to be fine because it was very noisy with people walking up and down the stairs so it was probably a bit quieter up on top. I feel the condo was over-priced for the accommodations when compared to other condos we have rented in other ski resorts. What I did like was the location was convenient to the food store and if you are not inclined to walk a couple of blocks to the Park City Base lodge you could hop on the shuttle bus. The buses were quite convenient and ran regularly. Our unit had a window facing Empire Ave though and with the buses running til late at night and all the traffic it was not exactly peaceful. The hot tub and pool were a nice addition and while we left our skis at the mountain each day there was a locker outside the room. However there was no place in the condo to hang wet bathing suits which was a bit of a pain because we had to use the few precious towels we had to put on the floor so the suits wouldn't drip all over the floor. My biggest issues are with the accommodations itself. The bedroom was rather small and I was told there was a pull-out couch. The couch didn't open to a full-size bed but rather a small bedlike compartment rolled out from underneath which was the size of a toddler bed. I did mention when I booked the condo that we were two adults and a teenager. I also don't remember being told that you get NO housekeeping services unless you stayed for 6 nights. We ran out of toilet paper on the second day, there was no extra garbage bags and no towel replacement. We did called housekeeping and these issues were resolved as well as the rotten garbage smell coming from the garbage disposal. There were no cleaning products in the unit to wipe down the counter or stove. I always travel with Clorox wipes and when I wiped down the counters they were dirty - not very appealing. The stove was very dusty. The big mirror in the living room was only cleaned up to the half way point - the top of the mirror was very dirty as were the balcony doors. There were dead bugs in the light fixture in the bathroom. If the unit was better taken care of it would have been a more pleasant experience but at least now I know to ask about housekeeping services. Don't need the unit cleaned every day but certainly feel like there should be enough toilet paper, garbage bags, cleaning products and clean towels to get us through the trip. Overall didn't feel like this unit was worth the amount of money we spent.

Park City Utah Snowcrest apartment 212 Excellent!!!!

What a wonderful location, well priced and perfectly presented condo. Communication with Kitty was excellent which put my mind at ease as I was booking from Australia. We trusted Kitty's advice and so glad we did. The condo is directly across from the Park City car park (Eagle/First timers chair and ticket office) and an easy walk, but even better - a short (free) bus commute to the main resort area. Fabulous views across the front of the mountain. Snowcrest is also wonderfully located, with a supermarket a short walk away. (Tip - take your suitcase on wheels when shopping if you don't have a car - easy to load your shopping and wheel home!!) Then if you want restaurants and quaint and curio shopping its just a short bus trip to Main street, but even nicer to stretch ones legs for a fifteen minute walk (tops) to Main Street. The condo was impeccably clean and comfortably furnished with lovely decor and a well equipped kitchen which was a Godsend after a days skiing too exhausted to go out for dinner. Importantly, the master bed was extremely comfortable as was the pull out sofa bed. And what a bonus having a log fire! A real snow experience! Then to top it off we really enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and spa (hot tub). I was travelling with a friend and with Perisher our "local" in Australia - so glad Vail has bought Perisher as it gave us the opportunity to use our Freedom (Epic) pass at Park City. So I highly recommend Kitty and stay in her apartment. Nothing was a bother, full of great advice and tips. Will definitely be coming back next year and might even make it during the summer as well - Kitty has sold us on all the summer activities the area has to offer as well!

#117 Constant sound of staircase in your bedroom

Beside the noise from people going up and down the staircase up against your bedroom wall, not kept up well. Wear and tear - broken trim in kitchen, toilet loose at the base, bed frame falling apart, scratchy sheets. If you like that kind of thing, it's the place for you.

    Snowcrest unit 201

Owner said it accommodated 5 people but it would have been crowded as there is not a lot of storage. You have a sofa lounge and a fold up single bed which you would have to fold up every morning to give you some room to move. As others have stated condos are very noisy but are in a good position within walking distance of the lifts, bus stop and supermarket. Overpriced for what you got.

    Location, location, location!

Spent a few day at a Snowcrest condo for a ski trip. The condo was located right across the street from three chair lifts. Easy walk to the lifts and hassle lining up to for a parking spot. Snowcrest intersects with several of the bus lines for quick and free travel to the Main Street area or Deer Valley. Awesome location!
