  Cant say the stay was good!! ;)

  I visited this property in May18 expecting a pleasant stay for 3 nights. I must say the hotel in terms of infrastructure is quite good and it does provide you big rooms(I stayed in super deluxe), but the services like hot water problems, cleanliness of room, no heater included in the price (will provide for extra charges), no tea/coffee kit in the room etc. are a must for a 3 star hotel and are poor in here. Restaurant is available and makes an excellent veg. maggi, rest everything else is just not at par. Choose this hotel if you just want to stay here for night time (when you are exhausted after your daily sightseeing activities & forget about services to enjoy a good night sleep)

  Awesome Stay

  I liked the hotel so much and I m extending my stay for another night. View from the balcony is beautiful and their hospitality is something which forced me to extend my stay. Best hospitality in Manali for me. Cheers

  Hotel with petrol pump

  Staff is very bad and they don't have sense to talk to visitors, in off season they have only one anwser for anything you ask that it is off season so won't be able to provide that. Even bath tubs stopper you can't expect from them. Worst hotel i would say is this. Don't go there.

  Should have been perfect

  Should have been perfect. We visited this place in the month of August knowing that was off season. Hotel staffs were very kind enough to take care our some of the requests and delivered happily. The restaurant team was wonderful!! The room wasn't well maintained as we looked, up keeping and quality is below. We came across a situation that the belongings was kept in the room was not secure; somebody had tried to use that when we were out for sightseeing. The location is nice as the property situated nearby the city , its comfortable to move around. Hotel view is not good at all . They have one restaurant that serves all meals.
