  Great location, average room

  The location of this accommodation is great; just a couple of minutes walk from the gondola square and buses to go downtown. Our studio was very clean, but the quality average. The Murphy bed was uncomfortable and was disappointed to find it was only a double size, despite being advertised as a queen size. On balance this accommodation was ok for the price and would consider staying here in future for the location.

  The Naked Truth - Good and Bad (Unit #103)

  Here's the naked truth and I am using a 5 star system with 5/excellent, 4/very good, 3/good, 2/fair and 1 being poor or very disappointing. *****If it's all about the location then this place is amazing!! Basically just off Gondola Square (the base of the ski area). Its hard to beat the location! ****Pool and Hot Tub are well heated and great for après ski relaxing ***Parking is included if you're driving **By mid-trip, I got to finding this unit (#103) cozy in an odd but good way. However, it is very dated. Believe it's all 1985 original. The unit desperately needs to be upgraded. Of major importance to any normal size male and maybe this applies to females, the toilet is round shaped meaning it is very small making it very difficult, at least for men, to use. This may sound funny but it's the truth. Need to be replaced with an elongated toilet. Again, no joke here. * For Unit #103 only - The really big issue/problem is that this condo is NOT a "one bedroom" condo. In fact, it is a studio or efficiency apartment. This means it is all in one room/area and the bed is a queen size "Murphy Bed" meaning it folds up into the wall. There is NO separate bedroom as it states in the listing. When I looked at the pictures it showed the studio unit but it also showed the 1 bedroom unit. Since it said 1 bedroom, I booked it. Had I known that this was a studio apartment and not a one bedroom condo, I would not have booked it. I'll finish by saying I felt duped by the listing and pictures but we made the best of it. It grew on us in a good way and felt cozy. But it is small and if youre not happy with the person youre with, it could become very uncomfortable for the two of you. But it is a great location. And had it not been for the location, I would have already lodged a formal complaint and asked for my money back.

  Great, Clean Location Close to Main Base Resort Gondola #306

  This property is right by the base of Steamboat Place condos...and a short walk to the main resort base gondola. The view from the patio looks up at the mountain.. and I think if night skiing is operating (it wasn't during our stay).. you can see the night skiing..... This has a modern kitchen and decor... with plenty of pots, pans, skillets, george foreman grill, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker... board games in the coffee table.. and smart TVs... so you can watch your favorite apps... there is a wine/liquor store across the street.. that also has a small grocery market for quick easy shopping... also a City Market and liquor store about a mile away.....they feature a big hot tub, heated swimming pool (also included pool towels in the unit), and covered parking... The beds were comfortable, the smart TVs made for easy access to shows... two humidifiers.. laundry basket (shared laundry room by elevator)... easy trash/recycle access on each floor... ice machine on property... great communication with the owner Randy... who checked to make sure everything was good... he also got us a deal to store our skis at a ski shop by the gondola.. but we opted to just store them in our Yukon... as the walk was easier to do it that way vs navigating a few flight of stairs in ski boots lol... overall a great Christmas Ski Trip... would stay again

  great place for family

  Snowflower is very convenient, beautiful condo with great location-easy walk to gondie area Is our favorite. Has everything we needed. Is the fourth time we have stayed. Does not have private transportation but city bus is easy way downtown and is free

  Great Location, Terrible Unit #309

  The location of the condo is great - right adjacent to Gondola Square which is very convenient. However, our Unit, #309, was lousy. First off, the unit is very old, outdated and in disrepair. The bathroom was quite lacking and the shower itself was almost broken and we had to McGuyver the faucet just to get it to turn on and get hot without coming completely out of the wall. In the living space, the sofa bed was the absolute worst one I have ever experienced...we slept on springs and metal bars. The Murphy bed was adequate but the pillow cases and one of the sheets had stains on them. Not sure how the property management or unit owner could let the unit like that be rented for that price. Just not right, and well be looking for other nearby properties instead.
