  Great holiday yet again: thank you to Snow White Skiing

  We had a fabulous time in Feb skiing in Pamporovo- thanks to Snow White Skiing who, as always, took away the burden of organising it and who were always on hand if needed. We were again placed in the Snezhanka apartments - we like the hotel a lot and the food was great. The Snow White team is very responsive and very knowledgeable and helpful. The people we talk to on the holiday feel the same. Weve used them 6 times now and will do so again next year when we plan to stay at the Snezhanka once more. Thank you Snow White Skiing!

  Best skiing holiday

  We had a fantastic holiday! All organised with Snow White Skiing- Pippa . She organised everything, hotel, HB, lift passes, lessons, ski hire and transfers. We could have had excursions but we didn't bother. It was our 3 rd time staying in Snezanka, we love it. Rooms have just what u need nothing fancy. There is a pool, water is warm, lounge area is comfortable and we spent a lot of time socialising there, we have made some great friends on our 3 holiday here and they all keep coming back too. Food is nothing fancy, but we all enjoy it. We will be back next year. Thanks Pippa for organising

  Great half term break skiing in Pamporovo

  Great time with great friends skiing this half term, all booked through Pippa from Snow White Skiing, everything was organised from the hotel,transport to and from the hotel to ski hire and lessons for a large party without any problems. We stayed at the Snezhanka hotel, the food and staff were great with a large selection produce every day with enough choice for everybody. Great chilling out in the reception after a hard days skiing although a little on the warm side! the pool was a decent temperature and the sauna was brilliant when you ache at the end of the day, just booking for next year, again through Pippa at Snow White Skiing.

  A trash

  We come to sky in an big group. Then the corona virus closed down all the places but of course this is not the hotels fault, but what pisses me off is that they could have rang us or cancelled our trip before we get on the plane. Then treat us as we all are infected. The service is shocking no customers skills at all. Do you think they are asking people to leave or offering refund back? NO as people do not want to lose their money and the hotel still taking people that have the bookings already. They feed us with this cold and ofd dated food through our door. Then not even that they do not sell drinks to us or let us order something from the menu. Look i get the corona will screw up alot of business but come on treat your guest respectfully because we are all on this together. Dont make start about the rooms. What nightmate. Think twice before booking here.

  Unmaintained, smelly, awful food

  Rooms and corridors smells awfully because everyone smokes everywhere. Poor and broken furniture, holes in doors, rooms much smaller then on the pictures. Low quality food and noisy atmosphere in the restaurant. Tables in the restaurant are always dirty, no fresh air. Drinks are half-water. Other guests were smoking and drinking right next to the pool. We booked this place for a few day but couldnt stay there. There are plenty of much better hotels for this price in the area.
