    Este comentario va dirigido a personas de 30+ (si tienes menos no es relevante para ti)Este confortable hotel de 4 estrellas brinda un servicio adecuado al precio que cobra, Todo incluido significa 3 comidas, en 2 restaurantes: el central grande y confortable y la taverna, que esta proximo a la piscina, externo y agradable . La comida es de buena calidad, no como en un 5 de luxe, pero nunca nos quedamos con hambre. Vino, cerveza, bebidas sin alcohol, bebidas alcoholicas (gin-rhum-vodka-ouzo-etc) puedes servirte libremente desde las 8 de la manana hasta las 11 de la noche, sin que nadie te controle o pregunte. Tiene una bella playa y dos zonas de piscinas 1 en el centro del hotel tranquila, silenciosa y con un bar permanentemente abierto y la segunda junto a la salida a la playa, mas concurrida y ruidosa, con bar tambien. En ambas hay piscina para chicos. Las habitaciones son relativamente amplias y confortables, limpias y con servicio diario. Todas tienen balcon o terraza , aire acondicionado gratis y nevera. El hotel esta ubicado a 5 minutos de la bella Mastichari que desde su puerto se puede hacer el paseo a las tres islas. De la ciudad de Kos esta a unos 20 minutos en autobus. No cuentes con el gimnasio, el sauna o el jacuzzi. Y por ultimo, el grupo de animacion: quizas porque era fin de temporada y ya estaban cansados, pero nada hubiera sido distinto si no hubieran estado.

    Un hotel del sueño

    He pasado 4 días increibles con mi pareja. No quería que terminaran. Perfecto para despejar la mente después de tanto trabajo. El servicio increible, no deja nada que desear i con la atención al cliente estoy muy satisfecho. Una vistas increibles i una piscina donde me tiraría hora

    My 50th Birthday

    Came to stay at this hotel on the 27th of October to 31st for my special birthday. On our arrival we thought the hotel looked a little tired ans dated in Recep ion area. We were shown to our room which was one of the bungalows, very modern and fantastic shower. The room we loved. There were alot of mosquitos in our room which took a hour to kill.. Not great after a long flight then ventured to restaurant for our tea. Food was average nothing amazing and ordered a soft drink.. Well it did not taste like orange it did not resemble orange. Then tried lemonade and the same didnt taste anything like it!! We hoped we could have a few drinks duing our stay so went all inclusive, shouldnt of bothered. As we ended up drinking out and eating out as drinks were the worst iv ever had on all inclusive. It was like drinking nail varnish remover..undrinkable and i really mean it. Cocktails 6 euro and they arnt the best either. Considering it was a special birthday, there was no bottle of fizz or anything which we have had in the past. Staff i have to say they were all very miserable behind bar and serving food. Beds not made or changed while there just towels and bins emptied. Towels were grotty and needed a good boil as they were supposed to be white but were grey. Think twice about booking here, we were disappointed. We wont be going back.

    WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET!!

    We arrived at what we thought was a different hotel to what Jet2 had on their website!! We stood at the pool and looked at the photos and try as we might we could not see anything Jet2 could see!! The whole hotel is very run down. The top pool is basically sun beds on dirt and the smell of sewers is stomach churning. We went to our room and again this was nothing like we were expecting and I went to speak to the manager, who was the nicest man you could wish to meet. He understood that Jet2 had missold the holiday and moved our rooms the next day. Whilst it was a slight improvement it was still not the same we saw on Jet2 website! The shower was in serious need of cleaning and it leaked all over the room and into the toilet when used - the maintenance man came to re- seal but it still leaked and we got extra towels to deal with it. The noise on a night was bad -people were evicted from the hotel due to their behaviour. The food and drink is shocking. I lived on watermelon and aubergine the juices are revolting and undrinkable. The manager did rectify this after speaking to Jet2 rep and arranged for some juices for my room. We like others ate out and used the bar at the end of the road. The other pool bar was just as run down - we spent our time on the beach where it was peaceful and had beautiful views. There is nowhere nice to sit on an evening also its freezing in the main bar. The one good thing is that the manager is the nicest manager I have ever met and will do anything to help unfortunately he has so much to do here before it reaches a good 2*

    hemos pasado una semana en este hotel y hemos quedado sorprendidos por la calidad humana y profesional de todo el elquipo en todos los departamentos, con un trato muy profesional , un servicio muy cercano al cliente que te hace sentir como en casa, habitacion totalmente nueva,comoda , bonita ,tranquila y muy limpia ademas una cama perfecta y tengo que resaltar la ducha que es de ( 10 )La comida estupenda , puedes comer en cualquiera de los 3 restuarantes que tiene , el central o el que tine en cada una de las 2 piscina, con 3 Buffet muy Variados y una calidad muy buena y , supervisada por el Cheff en todo momento. un equipo sorprendente como pocos, desde el Director , Maitre , Gobernanta , Recepcion y bares hacen que cada cliente se sienta unico. no olvidaremos estas vacaciones, ha sido una semana perfecta no tardaremos en volver quiero dar las Gracias en Nombre de mi Mujer Fidela y en el mio Enrique a todo este equipo de profesionales y os deseo que tengais una Gran temporada en vuestra nueva etapa como miembro de la cadena Hotelera SMAY Hotels. un Abrazo y G R A C I A S
