  Great hotel in a beautiful place

  Great hotel, nice staff, beautiful views and location, comfortable rooms, quiet, relaxing atmosphere. They have well equipped wellness centre, with 3 saunas and 3 steam rooms. At 4pm tea, coffee and biscuits are served in a bar. There are two disadvantages - breakfast could be a little bit more varied, with more healthy options (although everything was very tasty as it was) and someone should keep an eye on a naturist zone in wellness centre as people come and sit there with clothes on (despite signs in every possible place). Also, people can peek into the naturist zone from the outside.

  Avoid this hotel!!!

  Very bad service, bad food, small and not nice rooms. We were there for the Dolomiti Superbike MTB Marathon as 99% of hotel customers and we needed to have breakfast at max 6:30am but staff was not available to anticipate it so we couldn't have breakfast in the hotel. There are so many nice hotel in the area, definitely avoid this one!

  HUGE disapointment and wasted money.

  We booked AND PAID weeks before a deluxe room with balcony. Especially balcony 'cause we have small kids and we wanted a place to hang out after they fall asleep. Result: No deluxe room. No balcony. Well to be honest im not sure what room they finally gave us but If that was a deluxe room...they dont really know what they are doing. Result of mentioning about the grievance we got nothing else but eye rolling and a pissing of. "Why dont u tell us before?! NOW i can't do anything". We told them what we wanted before. And we paid for it before. And we get a bored face and turned back with that money. And wrong room. And not the specialty we needed, they agreed to offer, and we paid for. I guess If everything goes as planned and u keep your expectations really really low compared to facts they give about them selves on internet this place is nice but other than that i can't offer any other advice with my present experience than AVOID.

  Nice location. Breakfast is awful.

  The hotel was well located at rasun di sopra. The room was very nice, warm and clean with a very nice view. No mini bar in the room and probably no room service. All was good except from the breakfast. Very poor with no variety and no refill. Such a pity.

  expansive hotel

  expansive hotel, hotel is good but you pay more of what you get: my single room was small, staff is not particularly kind (when i checked in the girl at the reception told me to come back at 6 pm! but by chance the director was there and let me check in)
