  Basic, cheerful

  I stayed three nights and found the facilities adequate but certainly no more than that. Breakfast was both free and over-priced: avoid if you possibly can. Friendly staff, room just big enough, cleaning done every day. A chilly 12 minute walk from Shzuoka Station.

  Price Value is So high

  We spend 8500 yen for a better two-twin room with free breakfast for one night. The front desk is very friendly, and the room is not too small. The bathroom is really small, but is well facilitated with toto washlet toilet and solid hot water. The choice of free breakfast buffet is limited, include 5 types of bread, tuna salad, plain yogurt, juice&coffee and cabbage salad. Yes it is very limited but every fare of this hotel includes this free breakfast. Walking from here to the city center takes 10-15 mins, and near the hotel you can find restaurants and convenient stores in 5 mins.

  Ok Hotel in good location

  We stayed in the hotel for three nights. We had two economy rooms with a twin bed and a double bed. Compared to other Japanese hotels and Japanese size rooms we stayed (like Toyoko Inns or Daiwa Roynets) these were even smaller. But overall it was a very cost effective stay. The rooms were also not that new and looked quite used in some areas and one room smelled (and looked) a bit like a previous smoking room. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was included, simple but actually quite good (Japanese and Continental style) The Hotel is located close to a shopping area (5 min walk) with plenty of restaurants. Also it was a good starting point to go the Miho no Matsubara area to see Mount Fuji (20min drive) We were traveling by car and they have parking spaces in front of the hotel. Please make sure you ask for a reservation before you come to get a space (we ask a few days before and it was no issue to get a confirmation within one day)
