  We stayed at Smeaton Farm last week with my wifes twin and her husband for their 40th anniversary. Very good is my only way of explaining this location. Stunning view, good breakfasts and comfortable and clean rooms.

  Excellent place to stay. All efforts made to ensure key workers are kept safe. Amazing environment, Loved the farm and animals. Great choices for breakfast and served by appointment to keep social distancing measures. Room lovely, comfortable and clean. I would recommend this and will definitely visit again!

  For a last minute break we found this tranquil gem. In an idyllic setting with easy access to all the beaches locally and further afield. A real sanctuary. Spotless throughout . Lovely selection at breakfast and a fabulous meal on our first evening. Would happily recommend and look forward to visiting again. Many thanks Sarah and Richard for your hospitality.

  Just what the doctor ordered

  Stayed here for a week in August with my wife The place is stunning great location less than a hours drive to some of the most stunning coastline and fishing villages in Cornwall and Devon The place is immaculate the breakfasts simply stunning just had evening meal on our last night of our holiday it was gorgeous I had Roast beef with all the trimmings washed down with apple crumble and custard. Would stay here again in a heartbeat some many great places close by. Also if your worries about covid don't be everything is taken care of even the breakfast are timed som there is no crossover Give this place a go I'm glad we did.

  Just had 4 lovely nights here. Perfect setting, great food and service. Really helpful hosts, nothing was too much trouble. More than ample parking, plenty of outside space if required. Rooms serviced really well daily and everyone really friendly.
