  Descanso inigualable

  Hermoso lugar en este emirato para un real descanso. Linda playa, preciosas piscinas. Lo que mas nos gustó es que la habitación que nos asignaron estaba en uno de los módulos mas alejados de la piscina donde se realizaban las actividades de entretenimiento y del comedor, así disfrutamos del descanso en la otra piscina con lectura y relajo. Muy amable todo el personal: en recepción Faisal y Svetlana y en el comedor Erlinda, Robin. Nos hubiésemos quedado mucho mas tiempo. Fue delicioso.

  Bad experience. Last time i will go to the hotel. 1/12 - 2/12-2020

  We were looking forward to a nice stay at the UAE national holidays. But what we experienced was far from nice. We paid 1400AED to be placed in a room that were so below standards that i have never experienced this before. We found cockroaches, dirt and fungus in the room. Furthermore, during kids mini disco the area around the stage were filled with drunk people yelling and screaming and making my kids and wife totally uncomfortable. One of the drunk men fell over my little 5 year old and destroyed hers and our night. She got hurt and nobody reacted. At breakfast most of the food were cold even though it was supposed to be hot. How can they treat guests like this? I mentioned all the issues to reception upon check out and their reaction were just to speak to Maintenance. No apologies no compensation. No nothing. I am so disappointed with the hotel and their standards and this is most likely the last time we have been at that hotel.

  Failed Valentines night with my partner

  This is a difficult review because it involves BM resort in Ras al Khaimah and Groupon! We found an offer on groupon for an evening dinner for 2 including a bottle of wine at the Bin Majid beach resort in Ras Al Khaimah! I booked and paid for it and received my voucher. I next booked the table reservation for 1945 on the 14th February (valentines night)! Sadly, I later got a phone call from an apologetic staff member telling me they would not accept the Groupon voucher but I could book it direct with them for more than double the price and without a bottle of wine! So they obviously have spare tables! The sad part is that the same staff member said I could use the voucher any other time except for this week, so they are very happy with groupon clients the rest of the time when they cannot fill tables, I just hope they can fill the tables these nights that we are excluded from. The next problem is that Groupon take your money in 1 second of booking yet to cancel you have to send an email,an explanation and wait up to 7 days for them to respond. I hope my next experience is back to the high standards we have received everywhere else in the UAE.

  Cheap and....oh yes not so cheerful

  I have been needing what I wanted to call a cheap and cheerful few days around the pool a month on from back surgery. I wasn't expecting a palace, but what we walked into made my heart sink.The room was appalling, dirty, in need of maintenance and generally in a sad state. Absolutely nothing like any of the images I had seen online, maybe they have a show room for media images. It turned into a club 18-30 which im not bothered about, it made for some rest people watching but for people with kids I could see it was uncomfortable especially as the night wore on and people were falling and glass being broken. The food was not good at best, inedible at worst. Have the think about what you want from a break. If it looks too cheap, its because it is too cheap

  It's just terrible

  Honestly, this resort is bad. The facilities are old and terrible, the food is genuinely horrible and the staff are not great. Upon check in, we waited for almost an hour to be seen to. We were told we could wait in the dining room and have lunch as we had an all inclusive package. Honestly, the smell of the food was terrible. The quality of the drinks was ridiculous. The rooms were of very poor quality with water running from the AC unit and brown water coming from the taps. When complaining about the literal dirty water coming from the taps, it took maybe 2 hours for this to be fixed as the hotel reception were unhelpful and I had to ask them several times for this to be seen to. Despite having an all inclusive package, we ate at the hotel 1 time and chose to eat at other places in the area, due to the lackluster quality that was on offer. I honestly hated this place.
