  Nice hotel, nice view and nice staff - paying for sunbeds even you if you are guest - is not nice ...

  Very nice room - comfortable and clean. The bathroom is huge and full of space - only the door and some small details could be changed. Beautiful view ... unique ... Service - nice and always helpful with lot of experience in their hands ... Food is nice and tasteful- typically hotel food ... The thing we didnt like is that you have to pay extra for the sunbeds ... even if you are an hotel guest- thats not usual....

  Great Location, Needs Upgrading

  Others have said that the rooms are shabby, while the bathrooms are nicely upgraded. The location is excellent on the beach, but they charge for beach chairs, etc. Theres no pool, spa or hot tub. And no A/C which is super hot, but you can ask for portable fans for your room. We found the staff to be professional and accommodating. The food was only average, but it was convenient to have meals includedand you can include all 3 meals a day, if you dont venture out much...We stayed here because it was near a wedding venue and we connected with other wedding guests at meals here, so that was a fun, but unusual experience.

  Avoid in a large circle

  We selected the hotel as it had decent reviews and we got a relatively decent price. At least we thought so. It is a very old hotel. And it has not been renewed in a veryyyy long while. The walls are peeling of. Room walls are chipped and peeling as well. There is no air conditioning. In 21st? Rooms are a bit small. And very very very old. Bed is almost unusable. So uncomfortable. We wope up in pain every morning. Good thing we only stayed for 3 nights. Rest of furnature was falling apart as it was soooo old. Only the bathrooms seemed a bit newer but were renovated using the cheapest materials. The ceiling lamp got a strange bulge. Instead of AC you get a ceiling fan. So funny and strange. Breakfast is beyond poor. The cheepest food and ingredients imaginable are used and provided. There is no fresh juice only concentrate. There is no ham even!!! Only very small plates are provided so it is a real nuisance to get anything to eat really. But this is obviously the idea. We parked the car in their garage. It was very rugged and filled with old junk as they use it for storage as well. The staff was friendly and polite. The only decent thing in the establishment. So in the end the price we paid was in no way justified. Until this hotel is renovated, I recommend you avoid it in as large a circle as possible.

  Disappointing.

  Old hotel with a lot of deferred maintenance. Unfriendly staff (except the cleaning ladies). No free parking. Food was fat and not quite fresh. One could not eat on the because of the seaguls and pigeons

  AVOID

  Absolutely awful stay. Room - very nice & view great but, shower screen didn't work properly so bathroom floor flooded every time showered. Shower head centrally positioned so couldn't do much about it. No air conditioning. Asked for a fan. No fridge or cold water so couldn't keep drinks cool. Service - awful. Asking for ice was like asking for blood. Reception staff rude & unhelpful. Think they constantly deal with complaints so they're on the offensive immediately. Parking - very limited & you had to pay in advance. Food - disgusting. One night the specials were fish fingers or cows liver! And they obviously have a good supply of cows liver because it was on the menu every other night. Stick to the bread rolls. We decided to eat out as much as possible for health reasons. Location - very busy main road but plenty of restaurants around. Private beach - this was unbelievable. Go down some very ragged steps to some rocks. Bit of graffiti on an old wooden door. Space of about 6ft x 10ft. Then you're told that you can use the beach next door where you can pay 40 kuna each for sun bed & another 50 for an umbrella. The lifts were good - installed in 2018. The hotel needs work, paint peeling off walls. Grounds overgrown with weeds. Pigeons on the attack if you eat outside. My husband booked the hotel - good grounds for divorce!
