  Rating of the hotel could've been more than what i gave if only they provide a better plumbing system, air conditioner service and the internet access. So far, i enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Thank you for providing the stay.

  Don't stay here !

  1. Check in at 10 pm with many luggage They didn't make my reservation! They said if you reserve from booking.com, you have to confirm to the hotel before 6 pm. What?! Seriously?! Helloo..booking.com will do fully charge our credit card if we cancel the booking after 6 pm! 2. Ok just forget first poin, i change my reservation to agoda.com I have no choice cz surrounding hotels are fully booked. I reserved 2 family quad room and paid on agoda.com Then what??! THEY DON'T HAVE ANY ROOM (FULLY BOOKED) After many argue, They gives me 2 standard room which is downgrade !!! Omfg, Are they understand hospitality industry? Whn i check out reception is good, But idk why person like Rengga can work at hotel. He's not capable to handle check in process.

  Stay if you okay with

  This budget hotel is suitable if you dont care about room size. Stayed at 308 and 309 for one night. I felt ache at my back after sleep because the bed condition or maybe the spring inside is old one. The pillow also sponge that only make your neck pain. About toilet bowl, I need to squeezed when do my thing. The segraration glass between toilet bowl and bath compound make it so tiny place to sit on it and uncomfortable while use it.

  Avoid this hotel!!!!

  I had stay many hotel but i never stay such terrible hotel before. When checkin time their room hasnt ready yet even at 3.30pm. Once enter the room, the room is without window and not stated there. The bed sheet with alot of yellowish stain!! I found a long curly hair which is just in front of the pillow. When i open the blanket, there are more stain on it. This is the first time i cant sleep with that condition. The pillow colour is different which is blank and yellow. And one is soft and another is hard. Had complaint to front desk staff about the bed sheet(indian lady). She came up and ask me where is the stain. And after that she said"this only isit?". Then she just went out and remain the door open. We thought that she will come and change it but nope! Their towel is so old and greyish. It just look like bath mat! The table drawer is with two black curly long hair too. The toilet is so damn dirty especially toilet bowl. Whole night i cant sleep well! I guess the housekeeping did not change the bed sheet when they make up the room. (Seriously next day we saw there is no bed sheet at all on her housekeeping trolley).

  Good for Transit/ Stopver

  Budget hotel you may appreciate for a short stay; only for few hours. We stayed during our journey back to KL, to refresh, take power nap and to pray. Our room 105 is huge and more than we expected. The room has windows, twin beds, cupboard, towels, soaps, shampoo, a kettle with complimentary coffee/tea and free water bottled.The hotel is well located which is very convenient to us. Parking is limited sharing with other tenants of the shop lot.
