  Enjoyed our stay

  We had an enjoyable experience at the resort. The area is very open, peaceful and away from the crowded downtown area, which really helps put my mind at ease. The front desk personnel was very friendly and made us feel special. We were grateful to be upgraded to the loft room when the check in staff learned that we had two grown-up children with us. We are glad the Grotto bar and OGradys both offered outdoor seatings with heating lamps and the selections of food items are pretty decent. We had a wonderful time on the self guided art walk. The scenery surrounding the resort is very soothing. I will definitely visit again when the resort is fully open.

  Cozy Winter Covid Lockdown Escape

  We stayed here for 1 night in a Loft room. Perfect escape from Covid lockdown. Sleeping Lady is taking every precaution for safety. Checking in at the front desk with staff behind plexiglass and they encourage only 1 person in your party inside the lobby. All of the rooms have private outdoor entrances. Room keys are given to you in a sealed packet and the room door is sealed with a sticker so you know no one has entered since it's been cleaned. The restaurants were open for takeout and/or outdoor dining. Pool, hot tub, spa, fitness center all closed. Our loft room was cozy with all the amenities you'd need including coffee and tea, heated towel rack in the bathroom and bathrobes. There are no TVs in the room but there is WiFi. We enjoyed a snowy walk around the property and checked out all the cool outdoor art sculptures. You could easily think you're the only guests staying here at Sleeping Lady during Covid. We experienced a very private and relaxing stay!

  Great family friendly resort

  Friendly and prompt service, clean and organized rooms, and excellent food options at the resort. We cant wait to come back and enjoy the amenities during non covid times! The outdoor walkways and amenities are so special. Feels like summer - or winter glamping - with more comforts.

  Unfortunately the cons outweighed the pros...Not so restful.

  Pros: - Fantastic location, attentive staff, stand-alone units (particularly nice in the times of Covid). Cons: -Each unit consists of two rooms. The loft in one room overhangs the alcove in the other. Apparently there is little to no soundproofing between the units, so our overly boisterous neighbors had our children up way too late. -Neighbors finally passed out, got everyone asleep, and the fire alarm, strobe and all, went off, an hour later it went off again. Finally got back to sleep after 3:30 am. -Rooms are pretty small which is made up for with a lot of windows (which would generally be great) except when your room is adjacent to two well traveled thoroughfares and the fish bowl effect has you pulling all the blinds down for a little peace (and privacy). -Next night while anticipating the fire alarms, one of our kids rolled over in bed to find a large brown stink bug crawling near their face. -Couple all this with the noisy, perpetually cycling forced air heat and the green moldy windows (look behind the curtain on the door) and you cant help but wonder why youre spending well over $200 a night.

  Awesome girls trip

  My daughter and I just stayed at the resort I was so impressed! The check in process was fast and very safe. Our room was amazing clean and cozy with many beautiful windows to view the snow and mountains. The beds the best Ive slept In a resort. The dinner options were limited due to covid but the BBQ Hawaiian chicken pizza was delicious. There is no TV which was nice we could just talk and relax. The internet was good to connect with family when needed. The grotto bar was beautiful outside seating with heaters and a fire pit a nice place to just have a drink or snack the service was great to fast and friendly! The only disappointment was I had to leave I would stay longer next time. This is an awesome property!!
