  Just an average room

  Room didn't feel "Fresh". Good for a one night stop. Breakfast was cold and I'm sure not up to health code temps. Internet price reflected $10 cheaper then what the very nice lady at the counter quoted me but didn't feel like debating the price after a 9 hour drive.

  Economical Luxury

  If you want to travel on a budget without feeling like you have settled for less, this is the place to go. The Sleep Inn brand has been consistent, but this has been my favorite property. Friendly & Helpful Staff, Cleanliness satisfies my OCD, and very close to a variety of shop, stores, and the highway.

  Had a quick check in/out with a reservation through Choice Hotels. The bed was comfortable and the internet connection was strong. Cleanliness was not a problem. The sink faucet, however, was in need of replacement. Breakfast room attendant kept all choices well stocked and tables cleand. Would stay again.

  Bedbugs Infestations!

  Sept 18, 2019, I stayed 1 night. Between 5 and 6am I was itching like crazy on my upper right quadrant. Upon checking things out, I realized they were bedbug bites; whelps! I called front desk. The young lady on duty came up to the room and inspected the bed. She recognized the waste; we were able to find one active bug. She removed the bug from the room in a kleenex and stated that she had all the proof that she needed. According to her, previous complaints were ignored because the owner stated that he never had any proof. she asked, what I like for her to do. I requested my money back. She stated that she did not have the authority to refund the money, "the on-coming day tendant would refund me my money upon check out.". The pretty little Indian girl, stated thatshe was aware of the situation but she did not have the authority to refund any money, "the manager would be there at 1pm and she would refund my money. Susan was beyond rude! In her conversation she mentioned that "the other lady(from a previous complaint) sent a picture of a bug on a blanket that was not theirs. well, i explained that I didn't send in a picture, the evidence was taken by thier own night shift tendant i was not given the owners name and she made every excuse in the world as though I was stupid or lying. I called Channel 2 News.,Better Business Bureau, and the Environmental Health Department. All I wanted was my money back. Had I known the room came with say over occupants, I would kept riding. Shut them down!

  good and bad

  Sleep Inn & Suites Stockbridge Stockbridge good and bad 770919192 please remind the night time staff to always be courteous to guests....the day staff is amazing and especially the lady that checks people in at the front desk.....
