  over and above expectations

  I stayed here twice - beginning my vacation, and returning to the DFW airport - it was very economical and very nice. The front desk clerk D was great - she let me know all the limitations due to Covid19, and she got me checked in quickly. I had a regular king room the first time and it was spotless, and a king suite with a nice sofa the second time, again it was spotless. I certainly would stay here again if I'm ever in the area. Very close to a couple of large shopping areas, Walmart, Target, and multiple range of eating places. The elevator was out, but getting up to the 3rd floor was not a problem for me. If I had issues I'm sure they would have worked with me.

  Truck Driver needing help

  Stopped in the hotel for the night and Nicole helped me with printing a paper I needed. She was very helpful I will definitely be back. I highly recommend her hotel. Very clean and nice place to stay for the night

  Fabulous stay!

  My husband & I stayed the evening at Sleep Inn & Suites whilst recently in Longview. This was our third stay at the hotel. The friendly staff has always proven accommodating whether it be providing extra towels (Thank you, Patty!), supplying cutlery for take out, or changing bulbs in the lamps. The lobby serves coffee 24/7; a plus for us as we partake both in the morning & evening before bed. During this last stay, I accidentally left a negligee gown in the dresser. The desk staff, Ms. April, expertly instructed me on how to obtain a mailing label do that they might ship it to me; this was accomplished in a matter of a few hours before we even reached our home in Houston. Impressive, indeed! You, too, are sure to enjoy a pleasant day thanks to the welcoming, helpful staff.

  NOT COVID SAFE

  The woman behind the desk REFUSED TO WEAR A MASK to check me in even after I politely asked. There are no signs to social distance, no hand sanitizer and the staff is terrible. I walked away and now they refuse to reimburse me even though I never slept or even checked in DO NOT STAY HERE !

  Last minute room reservation

  For some reason, at the time of my business trip to Longview, Texas, I've tried to find a hotel room, but not success. Then I called Sleep Inn & Suites, Patty answered the phone and "voila" all of the sudden I found a clean comfortable room. As soon I walked into the hotel lobby, Patty greeted me courteously and professionally, took care of all the paperwork and got me into room 203. Finally got the room after a long day at work, found everything I was expecting, particularly impress with the super quiet operation of the a/c heating apparatus. Definitely I'll come back and recommend it to everyone I know. Thank you.
