  Church Mission Trip

  We loved this hotel! It was conveniently located to things in and around Waco. We were a church group of 28 in for a week long mission trip. The hotel was clean and well kept. The hot breakfast was good and plentiful. The rooms were very spacious with comfy beds and bedding. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only problem we encountered was that the laundry facilities were out of order. But when we enquired about it, Precious, at the front desk, offered to do our laundry for us! Not only did she wash and dry it but also folded it! I highly recommend staying here and will be staying here again when I come back to Waco!

  Poor customer service

  The front desk clerk was irritated that I requested an early check in after I arrived to the city earlier than expected. I called the front desk later that night to ask about getting linens for the fold out bed and was told "I will bring them to your room." I went down to the desk approximately 30 minutes later and explained the situation to the front desk clerk. I was told "well, this isn't a full service hotel!" When I questioned why I was told someone would bring them up if that wasn't the standard practice, I was brushed off with a snarky "I'll get them now, honey."

  Very clean and comfortable room

  First time staying at a Sleep Inn. The room was very comfortable and clean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was also good - all of the standard items were available. The location was very convenient if you're attending an even in south Waco. I would definitely stay here again.

  It was pouring down rain when I arrived and checked in. They had my roon waiting and eveything when fine.

  The people were very helpful and even suggest a restaurant (Bar & Grill) nearby and it was great. Large TV's to watch ball games and the ribs were wonderful. The place was very crowded and with the rain we had to eat inside. The hotel people said this was the best place to have dinner.

  Lovely place to stay

  I was in town to celebrate a friend's birthday and we stayed the night at this great location since we drove from out of town. Great for family with indoor pool and delicious breakfast! Customer service was excellent! Clean room and great amenities!
