5 starsThis place is amazing. The staff is so nice! I always bring my own pillows to a hotel but honestly the pillows here are just as nice as the ones I brought with me. Im pretty sure I messed up the dryer but the staff was so nice they dried my clothes for me and gave me my money back! The breakfast is amazing too! Eggs, sausage (2 types), waffles (regular or in the shape of Texas), oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, toast, bagels, muffins, croissants, danishes, apple juice, orange juice, milk (whole or 2%), a coffee station (with 3 different types of tea, and hot chocolate). The toiletries are all Sandalwood scented (which is one of my favorites)! If you are planning on visiting, I would hands down recommend this hotel!

Avoid James at the front deskRooms are great. But be aware that unlike many other hotels that start breakfast at 6am this one starts at 630am, so DONT YOU DARE attempt to go in at 6am and get some orange juice and a muffin that are already out in the wide open. This James character scolded me for doing so as if I wasnt even a hotel guest the entire week. This is why best western and holiday trump you guys. My work day starts at 6am with the rest of the world, but I do not expect any special treatment, I didnt ask the cook to make me any eggs or sausage early or anything.. I actually never seen or talked to her. Just minded my own business and grabbed some orange juice on my way out the door. So just a heads up to all, you arent entitled to all guest amenities and you should ask for an adjusted room rate if youre not allowed to access them.

Very niceWe stayed last night in this hotel and were very happy with the quality of the room. Everything was clean and fresh. Breakfast was the typical hotel fare with eggs, sausage and waffles. All very clean and neat. The staff was very friendly. Only thing that was noticeable was a little freeway noise but not overly bad.

Booked based on reviews. I was impressedMy husband and I stayed here for our final night in Texas. We booked it based on the reviews. Check in was quick, but when we mentioned that we were going to the Stockyards for rodeo, the receptionist had no idea what we was talking about. His lack of knowledge of the area was unimpressive when apparently its a big thing in the area. (It was amazing). The room was spacious and all though the bed was Indy it squeaked Everytime I turned over. The air con was noisy and there was a white light on an alarm or sensor that was extremely annoying through the night as it flashed. The walls are thin and could help the family in the room next door. I didnt get any sleep that night. Breakfast started at 7am but when we got to breakfast about 8am my husband did me some bagels, but on tasting them I found that they tasted stale and I couldnt eat them. I wouldnt recommend this hotel

New, comfortable and value for moneyThe hotel has been in business for less than two years so everything is brand new. Very confortable rooms and beds. Clean and gently staff. Has a small outdoor pool. Great option to rest during a road trip
