  the whole staff is the the freindest , nicest greatest bunch best ever - great place to stay --rooms great smell good and very clean----but no gravy to go with the biscuit what it,s tenn ,where,s the biscuits and gravy and please scrambled eggs only no chess folded over eggs reg ppl don,t like them

  Clean and comfortable but noisy

  As a first time guest of Sleep Inn I was pleasantly surprised how clean everything was.The bed was clean and very comfy.The AC worked great and wasn't too loud however I could hear people on the floor above me every time they walked across the floor,sounded like stomping so must not be much insulation between floors.I would advise reserving top floor if possible.Also there is a train track near by and when the train comes through it blows the horn loudly.Not a good location for peace and quiet.

  Not so much ....

  No we wont stay here again. The carpet was damp & dirty. I put towels down before walking to the bed. It was late. The room stayed so humid the whole time. Lighting in the bathroom was hardly there. Bed was not comfortable, lumps throughout. No dont stay here. The front desk was very nice tho.

  Check prices online before booking any motel

  We got a price from the receptionist of $140/night. I sat in the lobby and booked it online for $40 less and received a $50 visa card for two separate stays. It was a really nice room and we would stay there again.

  Better than a Hilton

  Our school, Maryville Christian, went to stay here for the NACA tournament. This was the friendliest place Ive ever stayed. Yes Their lobby was an awesome place that they let several from our team play games, and congregate. They had Christian music playing, which was a very nice added touch. The front desk was beyond accommodating if we needed anything( extra blankets, towels, etc) I was on the third floor( top level) and could not hear any outside noise when sleeping. It was a very quiet place, considering it was filled( probably full) with lots of teenagers. The cleanliness was my biggest concern, bc I had never stayed there. My bedding smelled extremely freshly washed. I did not have any complaints about my room. It was exceptionally clean in all areas and I am probably OCD when it comes to wanting this to be top notch. I had stayed at a Hilton a few months prior( in another city). It was nice but this Sleep Inn and Suites definitely beat the Hilton on all levels, which was surprising to me. I plan on making my reservation within the next month for our return trip next year to guarantee I get the same type of room. I stayed in a King suite. It was very roomy with lots of space. Also, you have the convenience of Carrabelles right next door, which had an exceptional selection and food. Without a doubt this will always be my place of choice when visiting Dayton TN!
