Solo si estas con automovil
Muy buena la habitación. Muy buena la atención. Un desayuno correcto. Muy limpio tanto las habitaciones como el hotel en general. La ubicación es un tanto alejada del centro, es para estar con vehiculo.

Buena relación calidad precio
Habitación amplia y limpia. El personal de servicio del hotel es muy amable y siempre atento a ayudar cuando te oyen hablar en español. Servicio de suttle al centro de convenciones, gratuito. Sería bueno que ofrecieran el mismo servicio al aeropuerto. Imposible desayunar sano, al menos hay una escasa variedad de fruta. Las maquinas de bebidas y hielo en cada planta de habitaciones, hace un ruido espantoso por la noche.

Very Noisy
Noise is a constant here from above, below, on side of you and from the hallway. Stayed here three nights and never again with this chain. On Friday night we were watching tv and suddenly loud moans, groans and swearing could be heard from the room on side of us;avoid staying here if you have a teenager or young child with you for that reason. You can hear conversations from the room on either side; the walls are so thin they may as well be nonexistent. Kids run in the hallways both day and evening. The breakfast is very unremarkable but the coffee is amazing. Upon checking in the man at the front desk had a Chiquita banana sticker on his cheek which the female coworker laughed at that he still had on since she apparently had put it on him earlier in the evening. The lobby has had a cheap attempt made at updating but care was not taken to match the touch up paint. Thankfully the room was cleaner than the lobby and the bed appeared to have a newer mattress on it. This is in an industrial area and no restaurants are in walking distance. The pool is tiny and with a max capacity of 14 it looks more like a hot tub than pool. Spend a couple bucks more and stay at another hotel you will be glad you did!

Never Again
Cleanliness. 2 Stars. There were a large number of crumbs on my bed. Shower didn't appear cleaned. Gnats and sticky puddles were all over the kitchen area. At one point the trash was overflowing onto the floor. Outside of my room people clearly smoked in the halls and I awoke one night at 1am to smoke filtering in from under my door. I ended up coughing because it was so strong. Accommodations. 1 Star. I booked my stay 2 weeks in advance and they put me in the room absolutely the farthest away from the front entrance on the fourth floor. Also. they were mostly out of all breakfast items in the morning. I am pretty sure that they didn't restock anything. All of the beverage machines in the lobby were out of order. And gnats flew all over the kitchenette area. Service. 1 Star. Front counter was rarely occupied. I came downstairs once to find a customer yelling in the lobby because nobody was providing service. I stood down there for 10min trying to find someone. I don't believe they were ever serviced and they ended up leaving. When I was provided with service I felt discriminated against for being white by one staff and the looks I got from one of the staff made me uncomfortable. Safety. 1 Star. I felt very unsafe here. People are up to all hours of the night here. 2nd day someone was drunk in the parking lot. 3rd day someone was screaming bloody murder outside of my door at 4am-5am. Upon leaving the room I found 2 people wearing ankle monitors in the lobby. The car next to mine had it's tires slashed. This is a slummy hotel that is a disgusting rat hole. This is not a 5 star hotel. I did not feel safe. It was not clean. The service was terrible. I have been in much more affordable hotels that have been cleaner and safer. *SHUDDER*.

Do Not Stay Here
I stayed here several times in 2019. It was very convenient to visit my daughter at college. It was clean, had a nice breakfast, and a great manager. My last visit was the first visit since Corona. I'm not sure what happened but I will never stay there again. The great manager seems to be gone ( wish I could remember his name, I feel like it started with R). I arrived to an empty front desk. The two young ladies that eventually came out were nothing to compare to the greeting I was accustomed to. When I got to my room I was disappointed to see how things had changed, stains on the carpet and visibly dirty furniture. My neighbors had music blaring and I could hear all their conversation. I honestly wanted to leave but it was almost 10 and I didn't feel that safe. I hoped they would settle down soon. I fell asleep eventually despite the noise. I was awakened at 3:45 am by very loud music, yelling and arguing, doors slamming every few minutes, and I could smell smoke and marijuana. I laid there thinking I had to be the only person on this floor not a part of this fiasco because people would be complaining like crazy. I finally called the front desk on my cellphone. The girl could hear me fine until I mentioned the 2nd floor and then she obviously started pretending she couldn't hear me and hung up. I was pretty uncomfortable at this point. I called the police and told them I was in a hotel and what was going on and that the front desk pretended they couldn't hear me. They said they would send someone. At some point, things quietened down shortly and went back to the same ruckus. I received a call from an officer asking if I needed to see an officer. I asked if anyone came to the 2nd floor. He said someone went and said nothing was going on and the hotel wanted him to see if the person who called wanted to talk to the officer. I felt strongly that this was a bait to get the person who called to come out of their room so I told him I didn't need to. At this point, the only thing I could have possibly done is gathered all my belongings and have him escort me to.my truck at 4:45 am. I finally went back to sleep and when my alarm went off at 7, it was quiet. By 8, they were at it again. I got ready and vacated as soon as possible, coming down to an empty front desk again. And the grab and go breakfast the girl told me to read the sign because she couldn't remember the times was not there at all. I will never stay again and will never forget to pack my bring my personal protection again. I've never had an experience where I felt that uncomfortable and that there was no one to help me.
