  Nice Building! Poor Management!

  The lady at the front desk checked me in while talking on the phone the whole time. She rolled her eyes when I asked her a question because she had to stop talking on the phone. A later interaction with staff was equally disappointing which confirmed to me that something is wrong there and I'll never stay there again.

  A very nice value

  You do not have a lot of options in Jonesboro. The room was very clean and updated. The bed was comfortable and we were able to,get a good nights rest. The staff was fine. We also had breakfast included. It was a nice value. I will stay there again when I am back in town.

  Water pressure issues

  The hotel options in the town are limited to 2. One is very unappealing from the curb and then there is the Sleep In. On hindsight, I should have went elsewhere. Check in made me feel like a bother but the clerk got me a decent rate better than online.The hotel & room was excellent, very clean and in great shape. Bath was very clean. No pool, no hot tub... so after a 10 hour drive I was expecting a nice hot shower. As a combat Veteran, I've had better water pressure from a 5 gallon bucket with holes in it. The shower pressure SUCKS. After reading thru the past reviews, this issue is over a year old AND NEEDS TO BE FIXED. A/C units are updated units with wall mounted thermostats. High fan setting is NOT. The high setting would be considered low on all other units. It took over two hours to get the room cooled below 76 degrees. 3 floors to the hotel with the ice machine located on the first floor. Get a room near the elevator..... I'll prob skip breakfast due to the reviews.

  BIG HOTEL IN SMALL TOWN

  MY ROOM WAS OUTSTANDING. The mattress was firm like I like it. The room was a king Suite with a Sofa bed. The Mattress was just right, not to Firm but not too Soft. The amenities were great:2 closests, Microwave, Refigerator,telephone, wall TV with cable, WiFi, large bathroom with a walk in shower. There was a washer and dryer on my floor in addition to laundry on 1st floor. A small workout room with machines. Free Breakfast!! Free Parking. A lot of hotel for traveling through or staying for a visit with family. The Staff was very helpful and kept the place clean. Everyone seemed to pitch in with keeping things tidy.

  Great Value

  This was a very well kept Motel. The room was well organized, clean . quite. with a large bathroom. The staff was helpful with activities and events in the area. The breakfast good and hot. Best hotel in this town.
