  Buena relación precio-calidad, con ubicación levemente complicada

  Una cadena que me ha sorprendido por lo limpia y espaciosa en general. En este caso sólo es importante ubicarse bien ya que está localizada en una zona muy poco habitada, sólo edificios corporativos la rodean. Vale la pena conocer esta cadena, en el rango medio. Ideal para familias numerosas y viajeros que quieren descansar bien durante tu recorrido.

  Traveling away from coronavirus

  I booked just one night like I always do, to make sure reviews are accurate, I was more than satisfied with the first night that I booked another night, Im very please with my stay and grateful with the staff at check in and when I checked out, I give Sleep Inn 5 stars and

  Perfect in every way!!!!

  What's not to say about this hotel! It was perfect in every way! The vicinity to Love Field was great! The hotel was clean, quiet, and cooling system was top notch for those hot Texas days! I will definitely stay here again the next time I travel to DFW!

  Poor customer service

  I booked a stay here based on reviews at least a week prior to my stay. I booked a room with a king bed. Upon arrival in the evening, I was informed there were not king rooms available and I would have a room with two double beds. I complained that this is not what I reserved and was told they were short on cleaning staff and had late checkouts so a king would not be available. This reservation had to be cancelled three days out not the typical day of reservation, so there was little chance I would not check in so, my king room should have been available to me. The clerk called his boss and the offered to let us cancel our reservation but being it was the evening and we had a busy day of moving our son we didn't want to go looking for another hotel. As a long standing Choice Gold member I felt like this hotel let us down. There were less than 10 cars in the parking area when we arrived and when we departed the following morning there were no more than 15 cars so the place was not any where booked solid that night. I realize hotels are struggling with extra cleaning with COVID but this is not the customer service I have come to expect from Choice Hotels. Ironically I did not receive an email to rate my stay, something I always receive from Choice. Could it be they do not send invitations to customer they know won't give them a glowing review?

  Very impressed!

  My husband and I stayed here because it was near the airport. I wasnt sure if we would hear the planes or not and we didnt. So that was nice. The hotel is very clean and the foyer was very pretty. I have stayed in other Sleep Inns in different states and they werent as nice as this one. It was very quiet except for when housekeeping came in the morning. For some reason, they dont know how to use inside voices and yell at each other from one end of the hallway to the other. Ive experienced this in pretty much every hotel Ive stayed at. But overall, I was very impressed with this location and if I need to stay near the airport again, Ill stay here.
