Not Impressive! It's the 1st time I wrote a bad review and I should do this at least. We booked the tour and they said the driver will pick us up at 7:30am from our villa. He is late 10 minutes so we spent our time to had breakfast while waiting for him. Then he kept ringing our doorbell and asked us to hurry as we are late. NO! We aren't late BUT he is! Then he drove in the street like crazy and mumbling that he still need to pick up a few guests. He was so angry and drove like a crazy man! After he pick up all of the guests then he was slowing down a bit an guess what??? He was speaking with someone on the phone for so long! I have been traveling for so many places and it's the first time I saw a silly service like this! Even you were angry which is not our fault but you should at least respect the customers. It was so annoying! it's happened on the way back home as well. Just letting you know that he is sooooo rude! I have been to Phi Phi Island for 3 times through different company and this is the worst ever. The 1st impression which is the driver's fault ruined everything! I dunno the driver's name but he is a small young guy. Give him more training please.

Very disappointing toursWe were very disappointed with See Sea Blue tours as they took us on our Phi Phi Island tour. Firstly, the man who sold us our tickets was not clear about the events of the tour, misleading us to think that we would be able to spend a lot of time on the beach/Phi Phi Island. That was not the case at all. We spent majority of the day on the boat and were rushed when we stopped at different locations (given only 40 minutes on the nicest Island/beach called Maya) and staying on a dodgy beach with stray cats for 1 hour (Khai Nai Island). The only up side was the few nice views that we got to see from the boat and our lovely guide Lily. We were on the boat traveling to stops for at least 3 hours out of the 7 hour trip, which was quite a let down-if we were aware of all this information, we certainly wouldnt have booked this tour! Our driver in the morning was also 45 minutes late, as some other reviews stated. We were also given a long winded speech about having to buy the special shoes because otherwise we would slice our feet open basically and we were not required to wear them once as there were no rocks! Maybe on other tours you may require these shoes, but certainly not on the See Sea Blue one. When I asked for a refund on my shoes because I bought them under the false impression that I needed them, the lady told us that she could not do a refund as they do not do refunds and a previous lady completely ignored my request and walked off. Really disappointed in the service, but more so the false advertising, its disgusting to trick people into buying your goods and services and letting them down.

Worst. Tour. Ever.I was very disappointed with this tour. After shelling out over 3,00 baht the longest time we spent doing any activity was when we were left waiting around the yacht club for an hour and a half before leaving. Brief instructions were given about what we were going to do, but majority of the time was spent pedalling items from the companys store. We were then ushered outside and pretty much left to our own devices to figure out which boat and tour guide we were on. We travelled to the first beach, Maya Bay - an hour boat journey - and only given 45 mins to relax and have a swim. Then we visited Monkey Beach (AKA stayed stationary in the water beside it hoping a monkey would appear) and went to an area for snorkelling. If anything, we were discouraged from doing this activity - we were told that if we cant swim dont do it because you might lose the gear and have to pay? If you die its fine though. I attempted to snorkel, Im an okay swimmer, but no instruction was given AT ALL about putting the mask on correctly and my mouth piece (which I foolishly bought new after fierce warnings of germs) wasnt fixed properly. When I jumped in I immediately inhaled a lot of water and began to panic (the area of water is very deep) and had to get back on the boat. Only about four people out of twenty felt comfortable enough to try this activity. It was nice to get around and see the islands, but I definitely would not recommend going with this tour company. Also, the tour guide was annoying and rude AF and a tip box was forcefully handed around while we were still on the boat - but of course we didnt tip.

See Sea Blue marine tour to PhiPhi Island. Never againIt was an ok tour. Not what I expected though, I thought we will be able to explore and swim but not really. Its our first time with my family to join a tour like that in Phuket, We decided that we will never do it again. I find it too crowded specially that Khai Island geee, people are everywhere so many tourist you can't even properly walk without bumping to one another. We didn't enjoy much of our first ever tour to Phiphi Island as the journey on the boat was not really pleasant cos of the bumpy boat ride, few of the guests on the boat are vomiting so imagine that it makes me wanna puke too LOL! Anyway,we are happy with our tour guide Mr.Indy and so as the rest of his team. They are helpful and funny too. They are also happy to assist you whenever someone needed assistance. What we didnt like is the lunch food that included to the tour, I'm sorry to say this but the food is ewww spaghetti that are so bland and other food that looks nothing like thai food. We just left and and eat somewhere else . Also I felt that I've been ripped off after paying 1,200 bhat to Mr.Indy for the video and photos that they took while the tour. Mr.Indy explained that they will edit the videos and photo's so we have souvenirs for our Phiphi Island trip so I gave my email address eventhough my husband was not happy about it but the next day to my surprised they emailed me the videos and photos of all the people on the boat. So I was like, what is this? I was so shocked so I emailed See Sea blue marine but hey no reply til this day its been 4days but no reply from them . So be careful guys if you ever join the next tour just don't be a fool to pay 1200 bhat for a promised packaged of vids+pics unless you are willing to edit it yourself after they email it to you . So please See Sea Blue Marine have a good heart do not mislead your guests and please reply to my email and fulfill your promised that you will edit the videos of just our family on that tour last Monday July 16th. Since its been paid cash on the same day to Mr. Indy.

Only a few more hours and it'll all be overThat was my predominant thought throughout the day: "only a few more hours and it'll all be over" I only wish it were possible to give negative scores. Knowing what I know now about the tour I can genuinely say I wouldnt have gone on it had they paid me double what I paid them. I won't labour the criticisms; others have gone into depth, but I will add that I've never before felt physical pain from being crushed next to other people. Apparently the guy next to me on the boat was also suffering because from time to time he had to put his right arm over my shoulder to get a little relief. Confinement, constant 'fear driven' up-selling (everything except the air and the sunshine had a price tag), pathetic snorkeling, the wail of the tour guide from a muffled battery operated megaphone louder than 3 noisy outboards, small tray of wilted fruit as a snack, lunch in a restaurant run like a factory, beaches which looked like waste disposal facilities, no back of boat swim platform, boat exits which were up to waist deep (challenging if you're not fit and six feet tall), 1 toilet for 40 people... the list goes on and on... Awful experience... The business must survive through tour agent recommendation (via commission), different operating names and the naivety of tourists who believe good sense and fair play will prevail
