  Horrible

  The new owner is very nasty . If something is wrong the first visit is a patch up and then when that doesn't work the second visit is when it will actually get repaired. The roads are not shoveled properly so it's dangerous to drive through them , the garbage machine is also always filled up, over the summer the kids got eye infections after swimming in the pool. If you have any other options , i suggest utilizing them

  Terrible Place.... new owners would NOT honor reservations.

  The new owners cancelled all reservations made through RCI with little or no notice, and did not answer phones. They will try to charge people 20k for a timeshare week. Stay away!!! I can only root for this owner to FAIL in his attempt to bilk people after literally screwing people over and not honoring reservations that had been made a year in advance!! Check AirBnB or the Chateau nearby for nice, friendlier units that are just as close.

  Run the other way!!!!

  This new company is not helpful, they provided no useful information. They were removed from RCI and are in the process of joining Interval International, but they have no info about the future exchange rates. They are requiring a 3,500 fee this year! And 2,500 if you want to cancel your time share. All this after saying last years special assessment would be the only large hit. All correspondences are hard to read and they dont remeber to spell or grammar check them. Do not get involved with this company!

  New Management

  Since the new management took over its been hell. New Management do not know how to speak to people without being rude! They are always asking for additional money and we could not use our 2018 vacation.

  Lied

  I rented this place as a Airbnb. I used the pool which apparently I wasnt allowed. Which is fine the issue is that I was lied on. They accused me of breaking in a shed and refusing to leave. No one was over there with us. No one told us to leave yet they stated they asked us to leave and we didnt. If u have ur money in this place get out because they are liars and if they lied on me to further their case of charging a 250 pool violation they will lie about anything. Be careful. They seem money hungry.
