  Absolutely wonderful

  We stayed at SK place for the second time and we're so glad we came back. The villa is beautiful, comfortable and clean and the location is just superb. Because of COVID, we cancelled another vacation and opted to come to Crete / SK Place instead. The location of the property is private which allows for enjoying the Greek sun without any crowds. Almyrida is a short ride away from beautiful hikes and pretty Greek towns. Katerina is a wonderful host who goes out of her way to make your stay at the villas a memorable one. I look forward to coming back again in the future!

  Fantastic Family Getaway

  Another wonderful holiday at these beautiful villas. The best villas we have stayed it, very clean, spacious and fantastic views. Stunning location and close to all amenities. Katerina is a great host and very welcoming. We are very much looking forward to returning.

  Luxury villa close to small seaside community

  Outstanding service from Katerina (property manager) both before and during stay and staff during visit, with daily cleaning, regular pool and garden maintenance as well as excellent information from Katerina tailored to our specific wishes. Villa Almyra is in a stunning location, with 180 degree sea views, at the end of a quiet lane. High quality property, with all possible needs catered for. Katerina took great trouble to respond quickly to any queries before and during our stay - her recommendations of places to visit as well as local restaurants were outstanding. Trip to Chania or Rethymno well worth while (30-45 minutes by car), with plenty of local facilities in Almeryda within a short walk. Local snorkelling / cave boat trip for 2 hours good value, with engaging driver / guide (Giorgios).

  Luxury villa in perfect location and with turtles!

  This was our second stay at SK Place and perhaps even more special than the first. I was slightly anxious that the villa wouldn't live up to my memory and that perhaps my expectations were too high. I need not have worried. As you walk through the door, you can't fail to be moved by the view of Souda Bay and every day you realise how lucky you are to be staying there. The proximity of the villas to Almyrida increases the relaxation factor of the holiday - short and easy walks to the beach, restaurants and shops (including fabulous bakery). You don't need to get in a car every day. You can snorkel off the rocks just below the villa - we saw the normal range of fish you might expect to see but this year we also saw turtles. Katerina and her team continue to host the properties with such style and charm. The Welcome Pack far surpasses those that you might expect from villa companies and has been carefully thought through. There was nothing we wanted that wasn't in the villa. If only we could have stayed longer. I think it's safe to say we will be back again soon.

  Incredible villa in an incredible location

  Stunning villa with amazing views, especially at sunset. Perfectly situated so that you are secluded but also a very short walk away from Almyrida. Katerina and Lily are both lovely and extremely helpful.
