  Great location and value

  We stayed here December 2018 to attend a concert at The Palais. Could not have been easier in accessing the property, parking and location to local amenities. Will certainly use again when staying bayside.

  Pre Cruise Accomodation

  We had a room for one night out the back, fine for a night or two. Apartment included kitchen, lounge room, bedroom all in one. Walking distance to restaurants & bars. Street was blocked off on day we were there for a festival which made it hard to get a taxi. Overall an average place to stay.

  An excellent choice

  We stayed here for just one night before an early start for a day crossing on the ferry to Tasmania. We got a standard studio room, which was larger than expected, comfortable and quiet. The self check in system was easy to use. It was a short and pleasant walk to the beach and amenities and a few minutes drive to the port in the morning. Although the apartments are self check-in, I'd needed to call the managers a few days prior, and the lady was incredible friendly and helpful, so full marks for service, too! Lovely bath. Good air con on a hot day. Fast wifi. I can't fault anything, and would definitely stay again for the price.

  Big mistake

  We stayed for one night and was a nightmare. I needed to call twice for someone to open the main door as there was no reception and no one answering. The bathroom was dirty on the floor, apparently from tradesmen doing work. There should be more accurate photos of the rooms, as we feel the photos did not describe the room or the location of the studio. The price also was expensive for what was offered, as another $20 can get you a room at the Novotel for instance. So overall, we weren't very impressed with the accommodation.

  Terrible Admin!

  Booked this accommodation well in advance for a wedding over Australia Day weekend, only to get a call that due to "technical errors" our booking was cancelled and then that they were booked out. Must of overbooked but regardless, we had to book elsewhere on short notice which has cost a lot more than we had initially planned for. Be wary when booking.
