  Very happy to be offered a table as we were a walk in with no reservation on a Monday night at 7.00 . We were taken to a chesterfield couch which was fine . It had a small coffee table to eat off . Watching the coming and seeing many tables become free Also seeing walk in customers being offered the regular tables asked if we may be able to move to a regular table as there were a number now free , we were told the restaurant was fully booked and they didnt like to move once seated. Although no reservations were visible on the tables. Bit sad I feel Not great customer service sorry This is no reflection on the food as still waiting on ours I have been in hospitality for over 25 year Sorry so not impressed

  Dinner

  Staff were friendly, food came quickly. We ordered the huge jackman burger and the porkbelly. The burger was smothered in cheese to a sickening degree, really greasy, however the garlic prawns inside the burger were amazing would've loved more of those, the pattie was a little bland. The porkbelly looked good on the plate, the crackle was crunchy,pork was moist, however the glaze was far too sweet , really sickly after a couple of mouthfuls,less is more. The salad was great, loved the dressing. I felt the meals were overpriced given the quality of the food

  Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Food great, though they didnt have the desserts we ordered.

  The location was great. We were advised to book for dinner, which we did. They were very busy for a Monday night. The room we stayed in was a family room. Queen and bunk beds. Plenty of room to move around in. It was clean, the bathroom had been renovated and in the motel at the back of the pub. No complaints. We got what we paid for. We were happy with that.

  Great stay and bar

  Modern fitout and clean feel in motel. Great value for money. Great location. Great vibe and feel in the front bar. The ambiance and attention to detail is amazing. Close to alot of other places in town Would stay again.

  Good restaurant, bad hotel service!!

  Restaurant good, food and drink was good. The room was not to bad, could park outside the room so made it easy. Booked the room for 2 nights, I was working away and needed the internet (as described available) however I could connect to a router but no internet available. I had asked the receptionist to cancel the 2nd night to move to another hotel with internet with good notice on the first day and she wouldn't refund me the second night. Very poor customer service so will not be staying or recommending!!
