Disgusting hotelI've stayed here before and you might note the 1 star review last year - I promised myself I would never come back. Unfortunately, during a work event, my company booked a hotel for me and I didn't realise it was the same hotel until I arrived. Needless to say I paid for another hotel myself so that I didn't have to stay here. I tried to give it another go but after I saw the room I left! It's very similar to last year in that the rooms are full of stains (sheets, floors, windows) and the room is dark with the only window faces the hallway. The curtains are thin and don't cover the window properly so you feel very vulnerable! The bathroom is small with nowhere to put anything apart from the floor, but with no shower curtain or separation from the shower, everything gets wet! As a western woman on her own, I did not feel safe. I am very used to travelling around the world but this made me very uncomfortable. It's a long drive from the airport (40 minutes minimum) and the reviews claiming that it is in any way a 'good hotel' must be fake, there's no other explanation. Please take my advice and give this place your money!

good service, free airport shuttleBooked this as we arrived in night and traveled day after to our destination. Chaffeur was waiting for us and took all our luggage, The hotel is not close at the airport but around 50 minutes drive. Nice trip as you see direct how they live. We got free drinks when we arrived and the room was clean. Breakfast was very indonesian but staff was friendly and tried there best. They brought us back to the airport again for free. Good and friendly service.

Good room and helpful staffI spent two nights in this hotel and I enjoyed my stay. My room was really comfortable and quiet, not really bright. Breakfast was good and varied, but the other meals I had they were not that good. Kind and helpful staff.

The room very smallI book 1 room for 200K (promo price), it should for 2 persons but the room very small. Suitable only for 1 person. The bathroom little bit dirty. Order without breakfast so can't review the food. The location near big road and public transport

AwfulFirst thing about this hotel is the distance from the airport. It took me an hour and a half to get here. With late afternoon traffic it was a really bad choice. So be wary what the sites say about being near the airport. Late afternoon it would be quicker to stay in Central Jakarta. The hotel is really shabby. The compound seems to have cheap residential flats so just doesn't feel very comfortable to walk around. This hotel is owned by a muslim cleric or something so for non Muslims again does not feel comfortable. I really would not recommend foreign tourist to stay here. I saw a family having difficulties ordering food and a single female traveler who obviously felt really out of place. Carpet throughout the hotel is old, wrinkled and just wrong. One thing I have never seen before. People sitting outside my room in the corridor smoking at 11pm!
