  Bad value for money: no wifi, no hot water & wrong billing vs agreed

  Hi guys, I have spent one night at Sirikwa. I booked it for 1 major reason, during my business trip I needed a comfortable place to work. When arriving there was no Wifi. The staff confirming me that the internet will be back shortly, gently offered me breakfast on the house. after 1h no Wifi so the staff gently offered me a better price for the room (6K vs 7.7K trough Booking.com) still telling me it would come back during the day. Coming back in the evening > 1) No Wifi 2) No hot water (only warm) and no heater in the room 3) Next payment requested by the new staff 7.7K (crazy price for the hotel) 4) breakfast quality was really average 5) Booking.com indicated that this location has fitness which is not the case My conclusion, if you go to Eldoret go to Comfi Inn > half the price, better service, same breakfast and better located Best Stan Barth

  Poor Service

  The hotel is old and they have not upgraded the rooms. No Hot water... No Wifi, No AC, No Fan... Sometimes its noisy in the night. Breakfast is limited. Actually, it is not value for money. But in Eldoret, you have limited choice. Cant help it.

  Horrible service, even worse experience

  I checked in, requested and reconfirmed I was getting a quiet room. I got a very very noisy room, the WiFi is non existent at best. No brief on facilities available or meal times at check in. A little depressing really. Poor maintenance of facilities even door handles, locks are in a sad state. Would NOT recommend

  Made me feel at home

  The Sirikwa Hotel was a great place to stay during my two week assignment in the region. The staff knew me by name and made sure I had everything I needed. I asked for a hairdryer and they put me in a room with a hairdryer. I asked for a fan, and they brought me a large oscillating fan. I needed to leave before the breakfast started one morning and they opened the restaurant early for me. I felt comfortable and very supported. The location is also perfect, just a short walk into town. If you are staying in Eldoret, I strongly recommend this hotel.

  Very enjoyable

  I very much enjoyed staying at Sirikwa Hotel. The room was spacious and clean, hot shower, the staff very friendly, the evening and breakfast buffet had a large choice of good meals. The terrace area facing the garden and pool was a real oasis. Would definitely go there again
