  The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.

  THE GOOD. Hotel very clean, staff lovely, bar food excellent. Great value for money. Swimming pool very clean. Special mention to Danny and Ivo who looked after us very well. Location wise, at the end of Sunny Beach strip and near Nesebar. THE BAD. Hotel would not accept credit cards as payment for our stay. Cash only. This always makes me suspicious!!! No free Wifi anywhere on the premises. The steps into the Pool were very unstable!!!! Constant loud music from early morning till late at night at the bar. Asked a few times for it to be turned down but were refused. This was obviously to suit themselves and not the guests, as a few other people were complaining. One of the reasons I will not be returning. No mattresses on the sun beds. Had to lie on the plastic....the most uncomfortable I have ever seen. THE UGLY. Part of the balcony was completely open. I was on the 3rd floor. Had there been any toddlers with me, I hate to think what could have happened as we all know they can squeeze through small spaces!! I definitely rill not be returning and do not think I would recommend this hotel, as the negatives outweigh the positives.

  Never again

  - infection in the hotel 4 children and their parents were ill - vomiting and diarrhea. Vomits were on the stairs very often. - There was playing monotone techno music very loudly 24 hours a day for then days, permanently. There was very hard to fall aslleep. -very small rooms There in the room was not place for a pram. -There was not a waste bin in the room. Why? There was only very small paper bin for used toilet paper. -Lifeguard boy was working as a "chair keeper". He took money for saving chairs at the swimming pool. He took money from clients for a taking towels away . - Soups and coffee were very good, but other food was very cold and monotonous. - The Centre of Sunny beach is full of gambling clubs, night clubs, sex shops, tatoo clubs. Thus, the place is not suitable for children.

  Amazing 3 star hotel

  The hotel is located really a few steps from the beach. The beach is amazing - there is free zone for those who bring umbrellas. We had only breakfast in the hotel and the breakfast has everything you need to start your day. Rooms are very clean and the towels were changed on the 3rd day. We stayed on the 6th floor and the view was really nice.

  Staff at Sirena Hotel made us very welcome

  Our room was cleaned every day, air conditioning worked very well. Staff at the breakfast and restuarant areas ( PEPI & George) were very welcoming and food was excellent. Lovely size pool with a short walk to the excellent beach .... best of both worlds !! Even helped us out with printing our boarding passes and confirming transfer shuttle back to the airport. Plenty of restaurants nearby and the small train useful into Nessebar town.

  Nice place

  Nice hotel, clean rooms. Not far from the sea, but the swimming pool is the most liked by children. Friendly staff always ready to help you. I can recomend this hotel for groups and individuals as a nice place for summer holidays.
