First and never againThey no longer worth even a single star for a hotel. It's needs heavy renovation and way out of its league. There is a wifi signal but no connection Aircon is in bad and dirty shape Sofa needs badly need re upholstery There is double piping but no hot water CR floors and room carpeting are disgusting There is a key card door lock but no battery - they wont give you a key cause the locks doesn't work. Parking is OK but the pipes to in don't want to imagine where are leaking (not its not raining) There is a sign for smoke detector in the ceiling but there is none. They use a steel floor drain as a divider Is there any good that I can remember, well the TV is new and the room is big for its price. Location is right in the busy street. And other than that nothing else.

Sir William on line booking name is Red Doorz.The hotel is very accessible in one of the busiest street along Timog, QC. The price is right. You can booked it on line. The place is ao serene. I love the place. Sanitized place for every guests. Breakfast in bed is available by request.

good hotel for budgetStayed at this hotel recently. Can very well say the low rating at TripAdvisor is false. The hotel is now have tie-up with Reddoorz rooms. Therefore cleanliness is guaranteed. I booked this hotel at their reception through online booking site. The reception team didn't insist me to pay what the price mentioned on the reception which is bit on the higher side. A good service indeed. The room I stayed was very spacious with comfortable bed. Wifi connection had good speed. The wash room was very clean with 24 hours hot water. The toiletries provided were clean too. The hotel have a restaurant and therefore bringing outside food is prohibited. Manila airport is 2 hours by cab (17km only) and main attractions are 30-40 minutes (8km towards airport) by cab due to heavy traffic. Near by McDonalds and other restaurants are there. Recommended hotel to stay.

No change of towels, no cleaning, dead Wi-FiRed Doorz Timog Sir William's Hotel is an old building directly along the 4lane Timog Avenue. Upon check-in we were told there is a P250 penalty for eating our own food in the room. Strange and unusual. The only good thing about the room itself is the size, very spacious. Broken tiles, broken chair, window that is not closing. Noisy all night. No curtains, only mismatching blinds. The shower takes ages to get lukewarm at best and is more dripping than running, no pressure at all. There is Wi-Fi, but the signal is very week and unstable, I went back to using data after websites were either returning "cannot be loaded" errors or took 2 minutes to be displayed. The worst thing about this hotel is their cleaning attitude. When we asked them in the morning to make up the room while we are out, they told us it's their policy not to change sheets and towels for guests staying more than 1 night. This clearly was unacceptable to me as they charge the same price for the first and the second night, so the service provided should be the same also. But my complaints were futile. Sure enough, when we came back in the evening, the room hat not been cleaned. The garbage bin was still full, the bed unmade and the wet towels still on the floor. I tried to contact Red Doorz to assist on the matter but 3 days later I'm still waiting for a reply.

Worst HotelWe stayed in this hotel for 4 days, one of the worst hotel sevice we've experienced. Housekeeping service is bad and the frontdesk service is worst. They only clean the room and change the towels after 3 days and the only sweep and map the floor,nothing more plus We paid extra for a covid disinfection,which they didnt do. Frontdesk is impolite and they dont give a f*#$ about their customers.The bathroom sucks,they dont have cable tv and the internet service is snail slow.The only thing good about the hotel was that the guard was polite.Staying in this hotel is a complete waste of money and one thing more is they have a lot of hidden charges,so dont fall for this scam.I give them 1/4 star/ 10 just because the security guard at the basement is polite.
