  peaceful stay

  The room was clean and surrounded by yummy greenery. It was also really calm (far different from the other places downtown). The place is located near the Pai Airport. So, it's more convenient for those who travel by plane than the ground-travellers. In brief, this place perfectly fits to those people who are in need of naturally peaceful stay.

  Peaceful and lovely

  Perfect place for travelers who are looking for a quite stay in an upscale place surrounded by nature in the heart of a Thai village. You will also get a super bargain for a monthly rent. For those concerned about the distance from the city, it is a 5 minute drive on a scooter, but occasionally we enjoyed walking to and from Pai which would take around 20 minutes one way. I would highly recommend this hidden gem to everyone looking for peace and chill.

  Our home away from home

  We stayed here for 4 weeks at the start of the rain season and we really enjoyed it! The bungalows are very clean and generous in size with big beds and duvet. The decor is classic with a contemporary touch. The grounds are well kept with a vast selection of beautiful plants, small water features, chicken (and roosters), blue headed lizards, toads and lots of space. There is a common "sitting room" and also a separate "dining room." As we were visiting in the off season there was not drinks or food service, however, we were permitted to use the fridges and worktops as much as we liked. We felt very comfortable here and we were well looked after without the feel of someone looking down our necks. We have small children and we felt safe to let them explore the grounds on their own. It is a 5-8 minute drive to Pai centre however there are shops along the way and you can get the majority of your needs here. Sipsongpanna thank you for looking after us, we miss you and we will come back next time!

  Best place to stay in Pai

  Friendly owner with really nice view room. Must stay here again. Just few minutes away from walking street. This place, you still feel the peaceful of Pai and cool weather from the balcony. You can also sleep without air-con.

  nice hotel but

  PROS: The rooms are nice and spacious, facing the river. CONS: The location is a bit far from Pai. You may need a motorbike to move around. We stayed in the first room, closer to the common areas and we could hear people talking until 2 in the morning from our bed. The hot water didn't work in our room
