  Excellent Hotel and excellent service

  Perfect stay at hotel Silvretta. Charming, kindness of staff, and paying attention to us, hospitality, warm welcome and everyday smile. We had 2 double rooms with connecting door, which was perfect for us (2 adults and 2 children). Breakfast buffet excellent. Very impressive service in the restaurant with excellent fine cuisine. Very good wine choice.We also took the choice that was proposed (refund of 30CHFpp) and ate 2 evenings in the "La Grotta" and the Italian restaurant "La Pasta" of same group (excellent service and food).We spend one week in the hotel and went skiing every day in the Samnaun/Ischgl resort: very easy from the Silvretta hotel with perfect shuttle service and rapid access with the twinliner. Also appreciated the cakes that were served after ski and the access to fruits at the reception. The access to the Spa was easy and the Spa proposed a large and extensive choice of whatever you would expect. Spa was very clean and swimming pool was very nice as well.We really liked our stay and felt like home.

  Warm Welcome by Considerate Staff

  Fantastic location with easy access to the station and walks along the river. The staff were invariably friendly and helpful with excellent advice as to how to make the most of our stay. The food was of a good standard in the buffet.

  WOW! WOW! WOW!

  I would recommend this hotel to anybody. We are a family of four (children aged 11 & 12 Years old) and stayed for a week over the Christmas break 2018. The hotel is very clean, modern with fantastic facilities. All staff couldn't be more helpful, nothing was too much trouble! We had a Suite (Room 308) as this was a perfect family sized bedroom that the hotel put us in. Our two children had a separate sleeping area from the main bedroom and it was very modern and clean with a lovely balcony looking over the main street. The five course evening meal was out of this world, beautifully presented food that tasted fantastic. After skiing each day we used the hotel swimming pool and spa, it was heaven, everything is so clean and so well presented, the pool was lovely and warm too. Each day we used the hotels free shuttle bus down to the main ski lift which ran everyday from 8am every 10 minutes and in an evening we were lucky enough to have enough snow to ski straight to the door of the hotel but if that hadn't have been possible the shuttle bus would have been used. I can't recommend this hotel enough, it was excellent and we will definitely be returning. Thank you to all the staff at Hotel Silvretta for making our Christmas so special!

  Family stay

  We spent a great stay at Silvretta. The hotel is very comfortable with very nice and renewed family rooms, the spa/wellness area is very well equipped. The food is unbelievable, we recommend the half board. The location is ideal for hiking with many departures from the hotel. We strongly recommend the Silvretta for any stay in Samnaun or in the Engadina ( 1hour max from main places to visit).

  Home away from Home

  A wonderful 4 day weekend at the Silvretta will not be forgotten, from the dinning room to the front desk, the friendly Staff treated us with sincere respect. The Silvretta is one of the cleanest hotels I've seen with a charm that's hard to match. Drift away sipping your tea, as you go underground enjoying the spa's many saunas, meanwhile the kitchen is preparing delights to tickle your taste buds to finish the day with a smile. There are truly people who enjoy serving their guest and making them feel welcome, Thank you for making my weekend unforgettable.
